Bad customer service! Only 1 employee lady was very nice and helpful… I wish I got her name. Never saw her again. And all the other times I come in here, employees don’t seem to want to help and when I really needed help they would refuse to help. The store itself is nice and big but very messy.

I love H & M. Bought two outfits for my son and two for me. - Both for work & all look professional. Mine were bought from sale racks so the prices were perfect. The store is kept immaculate.

H&M was a great shopping experience. There were tons of clothes to look at and plenty of accessories and shoes as well. High-quality clothing at a reasonable price. They did have a lot of sells, and some of the sells were pretty good. It was a big store and the layout of the store was quite nice and organized. The atmosphere of the sore is quite relaxing. There really was not that many people there at the time, and the music wasn't so overwhelmingly loud. On my way to check out the employees were quite nice and friendly. Overall, I would definitely recommend coming and having a look and see what you can find.

Great prices, clean atmosphere and good choices only suggestion when someone looks like they need help with fashion please someone anyone offer to assist. Wish i had some help for finding something i would look good in. I have no style, gained some weight and hate shopping. I tried approaching associates who clearly could tell i was desperate but kept chatting with coworkers or just turning a cheek and when someone in shorts walks in on a freezing day they could have a wad of cash and just need the right ideas how to spend it. That would of been me that day

I love H&M. It has such pretty & unique range of clothing with diff colours & designs. We buy majority of our clothing here. Their kids shoes also runs for long without damage.

The two incel boys attending the fitting room tonight were very unprofessional. Talking to eachother about personal matters, using foul language, and taking about giving their notice to quit out loud. This type of behavior will just hurt the brands image.

Can’t return an item unless you have the original payment method, even when you have the receipt. Wife bought me pants that don’t fit. Went to return them with receipt in hand, and was told I needed the original card. Ridiculous. Shop at Target, where you don’t have to deal with this antiquated system.

Terrible customer service. Went there to get 34" inseem jeans. I'm a tall girl and it's hard to find jeans. Was very hot that day, 90° hot was wearing jeans and tank top. My face was red from heat..so I walked in and not knowing where to look. Come up to the girl who was folding things. Asked her where I can find long jeans. She turned around and suddenly walked off like I was not there. I won't be come back. So disrespectful.
