My daughter went there in 2020-2021 when she was 2. Since then she has gone to 2 other daycares. But the kind of creativity with which the teachers here engaged her, and made her learn things was unmatched afterwards. We will definitely recommend this particular centre of Kindercare. Ms Kelly, Ms Gizelle and Ms. April are excellent.

My daughter has been attending for about 6 months in infant class and I must say Miss Kelly is the Best!! ❤️Love you Miss Kelly!!❤️❤️My daughter is so comfortable with Miss Kelly and Miss Sandra that we feel very relaxed when at work.I don’t have to worry much, I got that confidence that my baby is in very good hands when I am at work.Me and my husband are very busy at work and thus it was very important for us to find such trustworthy daycare for our baby and I am glad we found one. Also, Miss Julie, the director of the branch is always so helpful and easy to approach?Overall one of the best daycare centers. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My son has been attending Hillsboro Kindercare for good 7 months, waited this long so that I provide honest feedback. Simply put, this is a fantastic place for young kids to be nurtured. This was my son’s first daycare, so he was crying, moody and wasn’t interested, fighting back…but the teachers were simply great, and super patient (shoutout to Ms Giselle and Ms Laura). My son was so attached to Ms Laura, it was at times tough for us to get him back home. Fundamentally, my kid, pre and post Kindercare daycare is a huge change on multiple levels, for which I’m grateful to the wonderful staff at Kindercare. Now in Toddler class, he is having even more fun, they are always creating art projects, pretty much on a daily basis, playing outside, socializing, etc. Ms Jackie and Ms April are fantastic too. They organize social events for parents once a quarter, which are fun and helps us to connect with other parents. To me, this institute looks very well run at a higher level by Ms Julie and Ms Lauren, which I believe is the reason both teachers and kids are happy. I highly recommend this place for your kiddo.

I am not impressed with this center. I am looking for care and after it took several tries to get an reach out and then an appointment I was treated very dismissively. I arrived to my appointment and waited at the door for ten minutes without seeing anyone. Finally, someone let me in without really questioning me (who did not appear to be an employee). I waited in the front for about 5 more minutes after the infant teacher rang for someone. The assistant director then told me that they were busy and I would need to wait until they were available without any time commitment, explanation or apology. She did say "I'm sorry you feel that way" to my departing figure. I had to leave work to make the appointment and had a limited time window which is typically why you schedule tours. I did reach out the Director but the email was not apologetic but rather highlighted that they felt I was being unreasonable. Unexpected things do arise but you handle it proactively with both transparency and empathy when working with others. This center's EQ and Customer Service was very poor and I worry about how that would translate into how well they would treat my child. I am looking elsewhere and would recommend everyone else to do the same.

My daughter has been attending here for the past few months and I see a continuous progress in her. Teachers are awesome and very friendly. Our experience with this center is really amazing!

My kids have been going here for a couple years now and this place has been a literal blessing for my family. The teachers and director are amazing and personable. Communication is is very easy and comfortable. Any concerns are addressed quickly and patiently- my kids have dietary restrictions and they accommodate really well. The relationships and growth they've built with my children is something I will always cherish dearly. I highly recommend.

This place has been a blessing to me, my family, my son. The people there are absolutely WONDERFUL. Working here has been one of the best experiences I’ve had. The kids are amazing, the staff is amazing, everyone here truly cares about the children!!! Thank you to everyone here that has showed nothing but kindness to me and my son! (Yes I am staff and a parent) :)

I also had a worst experience couple of days back when the new Director called me to inform me that I cannot leave my child thereand it was really shocking as I had a confirmed spot and I had visited the place multiple times to check my spot is intact.This is really pathetic and ridiculous. I very well know why they don't want to enroll us and good that I got to know their intent upfront.If there was ZERO rating, I would have given that.Please think twice before leaving your......
