Lien is the eyelash tech and owner. She doesn't’ practice good hygiene while doing eye lashes on her clients. I didnt see her washing her hands before she applied my extensions. I didn’t think anything of it at first but now I have an eye infection. Lien, please wash your hands and especially do so in front of your clients.

Setup an appointment for 11am for my wife. At 10:24am the day of she got a call asking to reschedule to 1pm that day. My wife arrived at 12:55pm only to be told she would have to wait until 1:30 and then after talking with another customer found out that this happens often and infact she was there for a 1:30 appointment. Very disrespectful from start to finish!!!!!

It is easy to get in, the owner is amiable, and they have excellent food massage. I have to come back soon.

Lien is one of the BEST in the industry...acrylic French Manicure was on point, today; and whatever she does is always quality! Hoa does nice pedis, too! Highly Recommend Happy Nails, Orenco Station!!

She used to be good at acrylic so I went in for dip nails they breaking bubbling and all different lengths Tried to be positive but they look like crap Last place lasted 6 weeks her didn't even last a day without breaking And waxing missed lots hairs on eyebrows Not happy with services

The boss there does a great job on following thru exactly how I want my nails to be done! What a fun, summer, springy-style of nail design! She does hybrid eye lashes on Asian eyes very well! I'm impressed with her nail skill as well! Will come here again!

This is the second time I have been to this alone to get a different color. Today is July the 5th. I came in and I choose 106 and I got tips instead of 106. Last time I came in with my son I asked for burgundy ain't no bright red. It's ridiculous and I told him what color I wanted both times

Called and made an appointment for 4 pedicures, was told they could accommodate. When we arrived only 2 nail techs were working. Spend 2.5 hours there, while waiting for my nails to get painted, one of the 2 nail techs cleaned the salon. Ended up leaving before my nails got painted.
