My friend recommended me to get my tires here. I was hesitant because I don't know what I needed. Steve was wonderful. He helped me figure out what I need. After the tires were put on. My Jeep Wrangler drove so smoothly and I went to stop on a light. It was so quiet I thought my engine died. But it was just the tires were quite.

I recently had an oil change performed here and was disappointed with the service. Upon reviewing my receipt, I noticed that several items that were supposed to be checked were left unchecked. I had assumed that the service included a tire rotation and other checks, but upon driving home, I found it necessary to spend an additional $20 on top of the $65 oil change fee. Despite scheduling the appointment with a request for specific oil, the manager informed me that conventional oil was used, which was confirmed by the receipt.
Additionally, a few months ago, I had a rattling noise under my car that I was told was due to the brakes not being fully worn in. However, I had my brakes serviced recently, and upon further inspection, it was discovered that the issue was a hanging shroud under the car. I also noticed that the driver’s side rocker panel was not properly supported. The explanation given was unsatisfactory, and the condition of my car was not adequately addressed.

New to the area. Took my rig in for brakes. They seemed to do a good job, but absolutely zero communication on their part. I am used to someone telling me what they have found, what the estimate of the work will be, then confirming with me that I want to execute the work they have quoted.
Better communication would be nice.

Went to get deq done and it was super fast and both workers were extremely nice and fast at getting it done! Although I wasn’t sure why I had to pay $26 there for deq but still pay another $26 dollars on the deq too website to…I would have went to regular deq location had I known that I would have to pay double the amount.

Great good old fashion service. Repeat customer because of the suggestions for the correct size and pattern, price, and letting me decide what I want. I've bought tire sets for 5 different vehicles from minivan to F450 dually and never disappointed. ??

time was running out to make a tire buying decision -- it was on a late Tuesday I randomly came in knowing I needed 4 new ones for the L.A. trip the following Thursday. I was asked a few questions one being my preferred budget ; I was not expecting them to meet my requirements. But they accommodated my checklist: on price, rated mileage using my independent online research on the quality of specific tire. They came through without haggling etc!

I had some squeaky breaks and took my car to a local tire center. They told me that I needed replacements and to come back another day. I decided to take the car for a second opinion and Point S checked it out for free, cleaned up the brakes, and found there was still plenty of brake pad left. No charge! This is the kind of trustworthy car care I appreciate and I WILL be a return customer!

The service here is outstanding! They're so helpful, and I always feel like I get more for my money!
I bought my tires here in 2020. I stopped in to ask a question, and even though my tire warranty is expired, they still looked at my car for me and answered my question. There was no pressure to purchase anything, just excellent service! When it's time for tires, I'll definitely be back!

My kid needed some help with their
car and took it here and they treated them respectfully and fair. When I needed work done I scheduled it here (easy to do via their website), was treated well, and the work/price was solid. Thanks for the top tier service Steve and crew!
