Every time we go here we end up getting stuck in a room and nobody checks in. We were on time for our appointment and after 35 minutes of waiting we decided to leave as this vet clinic does not take our time seriously.
For a clinic who is one of the most expensive we have been to, I would expect your operations to be a lot better than what they are.
UPDATE: We have gone back since and on our last visit they got to us very quickly and I could tell they meant business. We really appreciated how quickly everything went.

Edited to add- they didn't respond to prescription request in six days. there were three attempts by the pharmacy to contact them, no response to any. I understand it taking a few days but six? after we just paid a thousand dollars for checkups last month? and still no response to my email.
With so many vets in the area, save yourself a headache and go any where else. They are nice enough, once they finally come into the room for the appointment or answer the phone. They want to charge the most in the area, but give the least amount of effort possible.
We only stayed as long as we did because we lived nearby. I submitted my dogs prescription to be filled on a online pharmacy, and these guys refuse to sign the acceptance for it to be filled. I can't even get them to answer the phone now. This is after years of paying their outrageous prices.
Seriously, go anywhere else. They only care about the money and not your pet.

As first timers here, we genuinely appreciated our experience. Appointment availability is a big thing for us and this office was accommodating to our need. Dr. Stack was thorough with Mateo's exam with concern and attention for what was most comfortable for him at the moment. Itemized pricing is discussed with you before proceeding with care. I feel pricing is within average parameters of vet care. The facility in itself is very clean, there are many Veterinarians within the practice which offers better opportunity to be seen within a reasonable window of time. The flow of the office seems cohesive and everyone seems to enjoy their job. The staff overall is super friendly and patient. We will for sure be returning for any needs Mateo may have in the future. Thank you, for taking great care of our boy today!

1st time costumer, never coming back!
Care while there was fine. After care was a shock and a half! DO NOT pick up the ‘courtesy call’
Came in when we were in a pinch with our recent rescue dog and our apartment. Had to get her some sedatives while she got used to the new environment or we would be kicked out. Came here, got the meds, and when we go to leave the lady at the desk said to expect a courtesy call to check on our dog after a week. Great! Week goes by and my wife picks up. She still has the call log, not a second over 3 mins. He calls, we tell him we’ve really cut her down from 2 pills day and night to half a pill. He says that’s great and hangs up. Another week later and we get a bill for over $50 for a 3 min call. When did courtesy calls start costing over $15 a minute? That’s a consultation. Call it what it is! I’ve never had to pay for a courtesy call in my life. What a scam

We love Frontier Veterinary Hospital! The staff are so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. Dr. Hoppe always treats my pups with care and concern. All things get done in a timely manner. And the office has great communication with follow-ups and answering questions.

We drove 35 minutes(showed as 25 minutes in google maps an hour before) through delayed traffic after work to the appointment we had scheduled 2 weeks in advance for our new puppy. As we arrived in the parking lot exactly 5 minutes late, we received a call cancelling the appointment due to their 5 minute late policy. We shouldn’t have been late, of course, but I’ve never heard of such a strict late policy. This place must be quite profitable at the rate they are churning animals through. We are going to a vet who sets aside quality time to care for our pets.

Had to take our pup in for a same-day urgent care appointment. I am SO impressed with this vet! I have been to & tried a few different vets over the years and this one is by FAR the best experience we’ve had. They are very accommodating for reactive/fearful dogs, which mine is. They prepared the room for us in advance so we didn’t have to wait in the lobby (the lobby is always a struggle for my pup.) Seeing strange dogs and humans in her space can be so overwhelming, so i appreciate that they got us into a room immediately upon arrival. The technician (i wish i remembered her name!) was so lovely and gentle, going at my dogs’ pace, which i know they can’t always do. For my dogs’ very first visit here, she is set up for success for future visits. Could not recommend this place enough for people in the Aloha/Beaverton/Hillsboro area!! (Pic caption: she was so relaxed she fell asleep in the room. If you have a fearful/reactive dog, you know how big of a win this is!)

Had my first experience here a few weeks ago and I was incredibly impressed with how they treated both me and my pet. I’m excited to see where this new relationship goes!
Update: our doggy is doing really well and I have been equally impressed with my follow visits. They've got a great team over there!
Update June 2024:
We added a cat to our family and his first appointment is Tuesday. Already I'm impressed by their electronic 'intro' paperwork that was ridiculously easy to complete on my iPhone! We're looking forward to introducing our newest member, and will update on our experience with kitty care. Pickles the doggo is doing great on her regiment and we cannot be happier!

We had to put our sweet Diamond down. Hardest day and decision ever! They were so kind and loving towards us. They followed up to see how we were doing . The whole staff was amazing! ?

We've been coming to Frontier Veterinary Hospital for years for our domestic medium hair tuxedo cat. Dr. Beedle is kind, caring, and knowledgeable. This location is very convenient to get to, but keep in mind parking may be a little tight. When we have Chewy prescriptions for flea medication, they are quick to approve them. We are happy we chose them as our vet five years ago and will continue to come back.
