If you have a Costco membership don't go here. I went to pick up medicine which my doctor wanted me to take that day, told it wouldn't get done that day even though I was there several hours to close.
Not good or fast service, guess I'll find out tomorrow but probably also overpriced.

Spoke to Lauren who was a phenomenal help in getting my prescriptions transferred, after hitting a brick wall with the store on Walker, where they told me my insurance was discontinued.Lauren got me transferred in just a few minutes, and my Rx filled a day later.

Easily the worst experience I've ever had at a pharmacy. The older, red haired pharmacist is always in a bad mood and has an attitude. I went in to pick up my medication last week, and she loudly exclaimed the most out of pocket comment, "Something for every occasion." I have multiple chronic health conditions despite being in my 20s, including one highly stigmatized one. I don't think I've ever encountered someone so unprofessional in a medical setting, and so aggressive towards someone's health status.

Professional, friendly and efficient team members who never make customers feel rushed, and are terrific about answering any and all questions. I’ve been a customer since 2020, and never want to switch. The wait in line is typically short, with my only complaint being that the drive-through is usually out of order — that said, running inside allows customers to grab groceries, cosmetics and household items.

The worst service I've ever had at a pharmacy. They think they are the Doctor and Insurance companies. Not filling the prescription doctor calls in is wrong. They should be shut down with how they treat patients who need medication. Pharmacists are not doctors and not insured companies either. I wish I didn't have to deal with rude people like this.

I used to come here years ago, was in the area, so decided to use it. Staff are rude and unwilling to help. Don't come here.

We stopped in to buy some soda. Dr. Pepper 12packs were 4/$15 so we bought four....as one would.We went to the register and the total came out to be a lot more than we thought. Turned out the sodas didn't ring on special. We told our cashier, Michelle, about the special,and I even ran over and got the shelf tag. But she was very dismissive and sent us to customer service.Mary-ann, was very professional and took care of us, but as we were wrapping up, Michelle came over and told us there weren't any more tags like that on the aisle. Essentially calling us liars.I told her that she was incorrect and that i would happily show them both but Michelle got snippy and I didn't want to cause a scene, so we left.I work retail. Sometimes things happen and something gets mis-priced, but the entire row was mis-priced if that was the case. I was trying to save them the problem of dealing with a bunch of mis-priced items all day/night.I'll go to the one on Walker in Beaverton.... Or WinCo.The only reason I don't give a lower score, is because Mary-Ann was amazing....and before we were interrupted by Michelle, mary-ann was telling us about the Fred Meyer app and showing us how it worked.

Worst pharmacy, I’ve ever used. Our Dr put an order in for meds. Apparently they didn’t have the meds in stock and they didn’t bother calling us to let us know. I only found out once I got to the store which is a 20min drive. Ask them to transfer to Walgreens. I then called Walgreens the next day and they said Fred meyer never called them to put the order in. I finally got my order in after Walgreens called my doctor.

This pharmacy is the worst!! It has Progressively gotten worse over the decade I've been going there, but yesterday was the last straw. I'm no longer dealing with ANY Fred Meyer pharmacy. I called on Sunday the 8th to refill a blood thinner prescription I've been taking for years. Yesterday morning, Wednesday, i walked in to pick it up. I was told "it wasn't available and they had to order it". "Maybe it's in this order, but we haven't opened it yet."Why wasn't I notified so I could make other arrangements? I was very upset and let them know. At 4:30 I called, only to find out they had 3/4 of the pills for my prescription and could have it ready in an hour." Why wasn't I called to be told that? Why do I have to micromanage a pharmacy?!!!Never Again!!

ASHLEY decided to take things into her own hands and push off my 12 month old daughters prescription for RSV and fill out “more important” prescriptions first. I called twice- my husband went up there and the nasty attitude is 100% unacceptable. I can only hope she’s treated the same when her baby is sick. I’m clueless how she is employed here and “helps” the sick. Stay home or get a different job if you’re having a bad day. Will NEVER return because ASHLEY is a disgusting representative of your pharmacy

This place deserves a negative review. Came to pick up my prescription, waited in line for 30 minutes only to be told it will be several more hours. I only needed eye drops.Came back the next day, took time off of work and was told it would be at least an hour. 4 employees and they can't even fill basic prescriptions in an 18 hour time frame.Don't waste your time at this location. There is a Walgreens and Albertsons within 5 minutes.

I am so upset with this pharmacy. My so has a blot cloth and an infectionn in his leg after surgery . They told him to come back tomorrow. I hope he doesn’t die tonight!!!!

Thank you to the pharmacist & staff that helped me get my medication filled from Michigan. She went out of her way to help me & fill it from Kroger. Thank you! As a nurse, I see all that pharmacists & staff have had to go through. All the Covid vaccines, testing, endless questions & more prescriptions than ever with limited staff I just want to say, I see you! Many people see what you are and have been going through and I thank you! Thank you for being there! Every single one of you! Thank YOU!

Fred Meyer Pharmacy used to be my go to place and always filled it on time and had quick good service. Unfortunately now it feels like even if a prescription is sent in they will never have it ready.Multiple times i've had it sent in, called and asked when it would be filled, been given a time. Gone in and had them say it's hours out to be filled. Request to have it filled and i'll come back in the next day, in which it won't be filled and i'll have to do this multiple times unless i can sit and watch them for an hour while waiting.I don't know if their service has just gone off a cliff, or if they just aren't good anymore. Either way i've since taken my requests to Walgreens instead and they fill them on time and have great service.
