Terrible. I appreciate them trying to help in a pinch, I guess. If they didn't have what they needed, then they should have said they couldn't do it. I could not let my son put this on his girlfriend for homecoming, so we found somewhere else that was able to make the corsage and boutonniere, and they turned out lovely.

Ordered a corasage and boutinier last minute for my grandson's homecoming and was extremely disappointed! The white roses were browning and the composition was absolutely horrible. There was glue all over the ribbon and they looked like a child made them.Took them to another florist and she advised me to return them and get my money back. Will never use Burkhardt's again.

On August 7, 2024 my sister had a full hip replacement, and the next day I placed a bouquet of flowers at "FLOWERS BY BURKHARDT'S" late afternoon from Wisconsin. I didn't expect it to be delivered the same day as my order was placed prior to closing. Roger explained the reason for the delay the following morning, which I understood. My sister received the bouquet as promised, and I appreciate the prompt delivery. The beautiful arrangement lifted my sister's spirits during her recovery. Thank you Roger for making sure the flowers is delivered on my sister front door. She even told me you are so kind to ring her doorbell so she knows to get the bouquet. I highly recommend this place.

My mother received flowers from a friend after a surgery. They were delivered in a rusty dusty mason jar and look like they were shoved in without any thought to shaping or stem length. The water quickly got nasty and when I changed it none of the leaves had been trimmed from the stems which is pretty basic flower arranging in order to stop bacteria in the water. Definitely overpriced and lacking in care.
Edit: My mom reached out and was offered a new bouquet which is stunning. We’re so sorry about your accident and hope you feel better soon!

A big thank you to Flowers By Burkhardt’s for helping me out today. I ordered a boutonnière online from another Hillsboro florist and it was awful. It resembled the online picture but was spindly and quite sad looking. I arrived at Burkhardt’s, explained my situation and she made a beautiful boutonnière on the spot. Thank you for being so kind!

Price is slightly above market, just bought some roses and was not very happy, it has burnt tips and scratches. Asked for a discount but got grumpily denied.

I ordered a Valentine’s Day special a day before, and the delivery was very speedy and the flowers looked great. The lady that called me was very nice as she called to make sure I didn’t accidentally order twice.

Beautiful and long lasting arrangement! It's been about a week and I still have blooms opening.I'm always grateful to receive flowers but this arrangement was exceptional. They were delivered by a very nice man who took the time to educate about the hybrid rose lilies. Such a beautiful and elegant flower. They were complimented by some of my favorite dahlias and bright orange gerbera's with blackberries and a playful pink/orange fuzzy ruffle flowers. I have no idea what it is but I'm very happy and appreciative for the time and detail that went into this.Thank you for helping to make me feel special!
