Yes they have business printing on screen as a choice, but it won’t resolve or open up or print anything. You can waste a half an hour of your time here plus you’re driving over and then drive to the next real FedEx place or you can just skip this ridiculous excuse for a FedEx center.

Took quite a while with a printed postage postage paid label. At a ups store I usually hand it over and walk away. For me, though, it was closer it took way more time.

There was an assistant manager in training and he was very helpful. I was able to plug in my phone and print out my PDF in minutes and there was no wait time, although I had just missed the rush. I was able to get my envelopes and get everything done quickly as I was on a time crunch. I had a good, quick experience. Cheap too.

Never got my package over a week, and didn’t saying which FedEx to pick package. My husband called them and refused talk to him, which I m deaf. He can find out where however. It is sadly that we don’t know where package is at FedEx because too many other places.

Full of it! Called their customer service and clearly asked if they do Amazon returns and the lady said yes. So I drive out a little ways to get turned away.

It took me almost 20 minutes to get to a person and then her English was so bad that it took me another 15 minutes and lots of dead time while she was typing I think many times I thought that she had hung up and I would say hello and are you still there 2-3 times before she would answer me I had a very bad experience and I’m very upset

Annoying and extremely unhelpful automated system. apparently designed to make sure you never get to speak with a person OR get your question answered. simply needed to find out where I could pick up the package they failed to put on the truck. They couldn't (wouldn't) do that.

Tried shipping a late package, so tried to come here. Employees had no idea how to help. Scanned and then said couldn’t accept my package. Told me to go to FedEx. I said it was closed, hence why I was there. Went home only to find out my package was “accepted and started tracking” without it being taken. Will not be returning to this “onsite”.

FedEx! Has really let down their customers! Don’t answers phone calls! Shipments are very very very slow! Amazon is a lot faster use them for shipping!!
