Had a package delivered here without being able to call ahead. They held onto my package for up to 5 days and I was able to easily pick it up.

Five days have passed since the date when the order should reach me, and although the tracking information of the shipment announces its delivery, I have not received anything and it is not clear what happened to the shipment and where it is? After several days of follow-up, I have not yet reached a result. FedEx announces that we are following up and if you do not receive the shipment in two days, let us know. This shipment should have reached me five days ago, and even if it is delivered today, it will not help me because it was a birthday gift and you embarrassed me with this delay and I did not have time to compensate. Now who and how should compensate my mental and financial damage?

i received a text that said three attempts were made to deliver a valuable package. EXTEREMLY UNLIKELY. We have not left the house for three days due to poor driving conditions. Never use fed ex if possible.

So frustrated. They completely lost me as a customer. I paid extra ($30) to have a package sent here before getting on a flight to take care of my mom and it is now Wed night and they still haven’t delivered my package. Rude customer support center. Rude drivers. I sat outside for three days and on their site it said the delivery was attempted. Lie. Not a single FedEx driver drove to my apartment, and if they did they would have seen my note on the door. I am so frustrated with FedEx. Terrible company!!!

Even though show driver license, email confirmation and exact person, Walgreen person refused to release package without a door tag. WTF. Hard to communicate. NEVER deliver package to this site please.

They have no idea or experience to even scan the bar code or print the label, the staff rummaged through several papers and trying for close to 20 minutes said they do no know how to do it.Absolutely pathetic! Try to find an actual FedEx shipping location.Avoid Wallgreens for FedEx shipping.
