Well I am pretty sure it was the worst place I have rented they were under construction and and their rooms were horrible. We didn't even have a running shower, and we had to leave and drive 10 hours and give me one stars cutting it close

First thing is the place stinks all the time everywhere. It's like more an apartment complex then a hotel. Garbage everywhere hallways, stairways. Oh DO NOT take the stairs, they are unstaniti zed the stairs, the handrails especially and doors. Just dirty.
Then finally it was the COCKROACH I seen at the bottom of the stairway door!!

Stayed recently and the room felt luxurious! Only reason this fully doesn't get 5 stars is because the receptionist tried making me pay twice but other than that it was great!

Pros: Good location. Efficient housekeeping even though the room was shabby and needed some attention. Front desk staff tried to be accommodating ,but seemed inexperienced or not confident in dealing with questions. Kitchen is really well equipped especially for a longer stay. Laundry on every floor. Rooms have air conditioning and windows that open.
Cons: Carpet stains, torn drapes, Broken window stop. People partying in the courtyard till 1:00 am, for 2 nights in a row. (finally called front desk and was resolved on second night.) Lobby is stark and unwelcome. 2 out of the three stairwells were clean, one was a pit. 2 out of 2 ice machines did not work; I made ice cubes out of empty coffee cups. You have to ask to get a coffe pot. Come on..every room should have at LEAST a coffee pot, coffee, and filters.
I won’t stay here again unless this place cleans up the shabby rooms, fixes the mechanicals, and makes it more comfortable and less ghetto-ish.

Didn’t get room reserved - for starters it’s bs that when you call it’s someone in another country - the gal at desk was nice but the room stunk - there was no water for hours - guess even handicapped and put on third floor (thank goodness no fire) locks on window broke - if you want to cook in own room bring pots and pans - might want to bring your own ice - very disappointed- thought it would be a given that traveling and deciding to stop that you could pick known name and it ends up being disgusting … read other reviews …wish we did and travel with a plan cause I guess you can’t just stop and get a room anymore -

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! THEY ARE INFESTED WITH COCHROACHES AND BED BUGS, THE ROOMS REAK! I WAS GAGGING THE WHOLE 3 MINS I WAS IN THE ROOM! WE WERE GREETED WITH ROACHES CRAWLING ALL OVER THE WALLS AND FLOOR! CHECKED THE BED TOO AND IT HAD BED BUGS!
I arrived late with my husband and infant and only wanted to have a goods night sleep before we continued our journey south. But under these circumstances we rather sleep in our car then expose not only myself and husband and our infant to a dirty infested stinky room! WE LEFT IMMEDIATELY AND AND LUCKILY WERE ABLE TO FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY FOR THE NIGHT THAT WAS CLEAN AND NOT INFESTED WITH BUGS!
They should be ashamed of themselves to even rent to neone until the infestations are under control!!!

Needs improvements don't stay. None of the airconditioners worked. Tubs did not drain.Carpets dirty. Much more. NOTHING IN THE ROOMS NOT EVEN A HAIR DRYER. Wish I was not in a hurry. Should have looked at the reviews. How can they keep this open and go this long without anything being done? Managment don't even reply unless you really plan to fix things. Lies

Room was filthy. Couch bed was filthy, did no use it. We had to get some bedding from the desk and slept on top of the couch cushions. There were bags of garbage in the stairwell that were leaking all over. Lights didn't work. TV didn't work. Plumbing and A/C worked fine just dirty. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast we just wanted to get out of there.

This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in !! There was a hole in the ceiling at the check in desk. There wasn't a door knob on my bathroom door. It was a first floor room and didn't even have locks on the windows. Beware !!!!

Be aware, the facility is literally falling apart; house keeping only cleans every two weeks; there are no furnishing in the kitchen.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an absolutely terrible experience from start to finish.
Upon arrival, the lobby seemed fairly nice, but there was a persistent beeping sound that continued throughout the day. We later found out it was the fire alert system. Check-in was smooth, but everything went downhill from there. The hallway was creepy, but luckily we were on the first floor. When we entered our room, it was immediately clear that it was filthy. The floors were dirty with dirt and hair everywhere. The bed had clumps of black curly hair, and we even found the same hair on the towels. It was absolutely disgusting. Additionally, the room had a fishy smell, which is often associated with mold and mildew. To make matters worse, the bathroom vent was covered in black mold.
Our parents also stayed in the same hotel, and their experience was just as bad. Their room was at least 90 degrees because both of their AC units were broken. The front desk told them they couldn’t move rooms without charging a fee, which is insane given the circumstances. Eventually, they replaced the unit while we were out which was the bare minimum. The maintenance man was amazing though.
Then came the worst part of our stay. At 11:30 PM, the fire alarm went off. It was a loud, screaming alarm with flashing lights. We have three small children who were asleep, and the alarm terrified them. We had to evacuate, and it turned out the alarm was due to the hotel’s lack of maintenance. The beeping we heard earlier was a warning that something was wrong with the fire system. This chaos lasted for about an hour, and the firefighters who responded mentioned the system was behind on maintenance and could go off again. We later learned that this fire alarm issue has apparently happened multiple times before.
Sure enough, at 8 AM the next morning, the alarm went off again, waking our kids and causing more panic. This hotel genuinely ruined our entire vacation. The rooms were deplorable, and while the front desk staff were amazing and did what they could, the manager was unhelpful and shut down any customer service requests.
Adding to the irony, the hotel proudly displays a “Stay Confident” sheet outlining a 10-point room cleaning process. Our experience did not align with this at all. The rooms were far from clean and hygienic, making this claim almost laughable.
I cannot express how disappointed I am with this hotel. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away.
Rooms: Dirty
Safety: Not safe. Reports of law enforcement constantly there for domestic issues.
Noteworthy details: Mold, dirty, biohazard
