Customer service was nice but it's dusty. Took my kids to get cleats and shorts and it's obvious they don't often wipe down the shelves on top or in-between. The fitting rooms looked like they hadn't been swept, vacuumed or mopped for days.

Update: improved more recently. They still have a smaller selection than some other locations but what they carry was in-stock. Shoe department is a lot easier to shop, and there were staff around the store tmif I needed assistance.Shop any location but this one, the stock levels are mediocre at best. The smaller selection isn't their fault, its a smaller store, but this store seems to have trouble having things in stock that they carry. Shoes, fitness equipment, a fitness tracker, more often than not I leave empty handed and go to the Washington square location to purchase

You can go look at shoes here. But they dont actually sell any shoe. Because they are up just so you can look at them.. then when you ask for this shoe and size. They don't have them there only on line.. what's the point??? Disappointed.

We ask to try some shoes the girl took aboy25 minutes to go found them and she never came back when we noticed she was with another customer she never told us that the shoes they where not in stock
