Benito is the BEST service manager ever. He always listens and works with you to get the best possible result. I have been using this Ford dealership for over 25 years through 2 owners but always with Benito. I totally trust his recommendations and will in the future. The dealership work has always been spot on with no problems. They keep their promises on time and expense.

I had such a great and super easy car-buying experience! Theo and the finance team were amazing! I recently had my first scheduled service for my 2024 Maverick Truck and it went as smoothly as possible.
I was quickly greeted by Benito who was very easy going and a pleasure to work with. When I mentioned that there was a recall for my truck, Benito added it to the list.
I was very pleasantly surprised to have the service completed (including the recall) faster than the original quoted time.
One final thing I do want to mention is that I am completely happy and satisfied that I have the service contact for my new truck.
It is so nice to know that everything will be covered for the next 5 years (except tires ☹️).
I would highly recommend checking out the service team at Tonkin Ford in Hillsboro.
