Unfortunately for me, I own a Hyundai Santa Fe with 84,000 miles on it. Recently my car started making a loud knocking noise with zero warning or lights going on. Called Vancouver Hyundai and Jeanine in the service department told me I was out of luck and Hyundai would not honor the power train warranty because I am a second owner. I had another mechanic diagnos my vehicle and they told me there is metal in my oil so my engine is shot, at only 84,000 miles. Turns out there is an open recall on my vehicle due to engines catching on fire. Jeanine failed to let me know. I have reached out to the service manager, Everett Lore with no response. Also to the sales department who couldn't care less, not their problem. I have also reported this to NHTSA and I am not the only one with this issue hence the recall. I have also reached out to Hyundai corporate with zero response. There is something going on with Hyundai and a class action lawsuit that i need to research further, I am not sure but it may be related to my issue. It's one thing to not honor the warranty that is so highly advertised, It's another to not make it right with recalls and engines catching on fire.

Love my new Elantra N and the great job everyone here did on taking care of me. The team all went above and beyond my expectations. When I went in I wasn’t 100% sold on Hyundai in general, but I was allowed to take the car for a spin on my own for an extended test and that allowed me to fall in love with it. Great experience, especially with how things are these days - good luck even getting any test drive on a car that’s considered a sports model.

I have never been to a dealership where they show me the MSRP for the car that I want, spend an hour talking about the car, then add an extra $3000 because they only have one with the trim that I want to buy. If it's so important to them, then I'll let them keep their precious car and take my business elsewhere!

SERVICE DEPARTMENT: I was very impressed on how great of a customer service I received from “Robin” while my hyundai was being diagnosed and serviced for a failed engine, and let me tell you I been to so many other dealerships and service departments around the area and nothing compares to the great efficiency, great communication, and fast service they gaved me. He was on top of everything, very kind, and made sure I was notified of each update and that made me feel like they really cared about me. Also, thank you ED, and Carlos. You guys are all a great team and you can see it when you walk into the environment. I will definitely start getting my car serviced through them and I will recommend family and friends too. They are so worth it. Thank you again for fixing my engine! :)

Great experience with purchasing my Tucson there. Took it in for 50,000 mile servicing, spoke with them on what I wanted when I scheduled the appt. They did the factory recalls but not the servicing it required that I requested. We drive from Vancouver Wa to Hillsboro to have it serviced. Rescheduled the servicing that was due at 62,000 miles as it was running rough and all they did was an oil change and we’re going to send it back out. This is after I had explained what I wanted when I scheduled the appt. My husband had to involve the sales manager Rick who got it straightened out to get the servicing done that was now overdue. He could see we brought it in at 50,000 miles to have this done. By then almost 3 hours had gone by before they started doing the work that was requested at the time of scheduling the appt. And I ask the service person to write down what I was requesting to be done as they did not do the servicing when I took it in before. Will never take my Tucson back to Dick’s for servicing or any repair again. But if you do go to Dick’s for any reason please work with Rick as he is a straight up honest get it done guy.

Awesome service, I drove in without an appointment, explained a new problem with connecting my phone to the car and poof! Two salesmen promptly took care of the issue, and I was on my way. I love this place.

I bought a "NEW" Santa Cruz from them. First they gave me the spare key to a different truck. Then the bed cover stopped working day one. It took six weeks to get it repaired When they did replace it, they told me that the factory did not align the roller correctly and the need to order a new one. It has been 6 weeks again with no call. I called today to get my complimentary maintenance at 6000 miles. I was informed my car was a pre-owned car and did not have that service. I feel lied to and sorely disappointed in the company since I spent so much money on a lie. I was planning to upgrade to the Hybrid from them, but now I will take my business elsewhere. Don't trust anything they say . I gave one bonus star because I do love the truck. It's them that are a dissapoontment.I received a call and they informed me that the pre-owned status was a mistake because it was a new last year model. They have fixed that issue as well as working on the trunk lid issue. I am very pleased now with the outcomes.

Carlos, was awesome! He helped diagnose a transmission issue after hearing my clutch petal squeaking, and the manager helped me with fixing my key fob and usb port on my Veloster N. I am so glad that your dealership is trustworthy and honest. The last dealership tried to upsell me tires after I had just gotten new ones and so on. Keep up the great work, you guys are 100% worth the 1 hour of traffic drive to get there. I'll definitely be coming back.

I feel like I'm being treated honestly and that I can trust the dealership, which is extremely important to me. I just told someone yesterday, at my dental office, about the service I received. She has a Hyundai and said she will bring her car in the next time she needs service.

I recently went in to have my Tucson serviced (second visit) and was again impressed by the excellent customer service, how quick the service was, and the level of which the team went above & beyond! I moved from Hillsboro but will continue to come to this location for future needs.

Selling me a vehicle that supposedly was checked out in their shop. The transmission was going out so they said they would put the money I paid in cash towards another vehicle. Again sold me a bucket of bolts. 2 days after the purchase the entire audio system went out. I was also told by the service manager after I complained about a shimmy in the front end that it needed front brakes and that they knew about this before the sale of the vehicle. I finally had to stop doing business with them before they cost me more money with their untruthfulness and went to a reputable dealership.
