I recently went in to have my Tucson serviced (second visit) and was again impressed by the excellent customer service, how quick the service was, and the level of which the team went above & beyond! I moved from Hillsboro but will continue to come to this location for future needs.

I bought my car from this dealership in June 2019 and every interaction from every staff member has been an absolute nightmare. The car I purchased was a 2018 Hyudai Elantra and it was previously a loaner vehicle for the dealership when I bought it. The first awful experience is when I went to bring in cash for the down payment to the sales manager he insinuated that I shorted him $100 despite me handing him a sealed envelope that I brought directly from the bank (he failed to pull out all of the money from the envelope). During the sale of the vehicle the sales associate informed me they only had one key fob in possession and that they lost the other key. Well, when I was leaving the dealership with the car after bringing the down payment the original sales associate came out behind me with the key but instead of just flagging me down and handing me the key like a normal person, he insisted on pressing all of the buttons on the fob to door locks and the trunk opener and scaring me. At this point I'm a little irritated but I figured it was just sales people being scummy. After the sale of the car I was told I was given a complimentary oil change and to bring it back im about 3 months. At first I was grateful for this but I should have just gone to my normal mechanic. Fast forward 3 months and I bring the car back for the oil change, at first I was satisfied but I kept smelling oil everytime I would drive. I thought it was maybe just a quirk with the venting system or maybe environmental since I worked in a heavily industrial area. About a month after the oil change as I'm coming back from Seattle I lose all electrical power to my car while I'm on the I-5. This was terrifying because it was dusk and I couldn't any lights on the car to work. As soon as I got back home I called the dealership service center and they were able to get me in the next day. When I dropped the car off I explained everything, informed the service employee that I had purchased an extended warranty and that considering the car was barely a year old that any repairs should be under warranty. He said that he would look into it and that they would call when they knew more. At this point they refused to give me a loaner vehicle and told me that it would be based on the warranty terms. I took their shuttle back home but they made me the last stop so it took me an hour to get back. About an hour after I got back home they called me and told me I needed my alternator replaced because they failed to put the oil cap back on properly which resulted in oil spraying everywhere in the engine compartment and it got in the alternator. Only at this point did they offer me a loaner vehicle and not once did I receive an apology for their shoddy workmanship. Instead I was told that I should have brought the vehicle back as soon as I smelled the oil and it was insinuated that this issue with the alternator was my fault. I have not been back since however my last straw and motivation for writing this review was after talked with the service department again today. I came back from a trip about a week ago and noticed that I had a large chunk of paint missing off the roof of my car, this chunk is large enough to not have simply been from a rock chip. When I called the dealership again to see if they would be able to fix it because the car should still be under warranty (either the original manufacturer or the extended one that I purchased) I was told that my warranty ended tomorrow and that there would not be enough time to submit a claim. I was then told that in order for him to put in a claim with corporate I would need two estimates from other body shops and then we could send those and hyundai may or may not cover a portion of the costs. When I went get the estimates at the first auto body shop I was redirected to Beaverton Hyundai and informed there was an active recall on the paint for my car model and year. I spent all of 15 minutes at Beaverton Hyundai for them to get the recall process started and to repair my car. Please do yourself a favor a

Your location Dick's Auto Group 750 SW Oak St, Hillsboro, OR 97123 Car dealer Vincent Maruska 58 points 2 days agoFair WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS! they have been the most dishonest car dealership I've ever done business with. Selling me a vehicle that supposedly was checked out in their shop. The transmission was going out so they said they would put the money I paid in cash towards another vehicle. Again sold me a bucket of bolts. 2 days after the purchase the entire audio system went out. I was also told by the service manager after I complained about a shimmy in the front end that it needed front brakes and that they knew about this before the sale of the vehicle. I finally had to stop doing business with them before they cost me more money with their untruthfulness and went to a reputable dealership. All in all doing business with dicks cost me over $5000.00 that I threw down the drain. Buyer beware!!!!! Continue in the app Get real-time navigation and more in the Maps app STAY ON WEB USE THE APP

Poor service, would not recommend their dealership. Their salesman was very unprofessional and did not answer questions.

Typical sleezy car dealer. 10K "market adjustment* for a car. Just typical greedy business. Hope supply chain is fixed so these guys end up sitting on cars that they can't sell. Also check Hyundai - tons of recalls for fires, not to mention some models are easy to steal.

Beware of this dealership! One rainy day I test drove a vehicle that I was assured was Certified pre-owned and in excellent condition. When I went back the next day to try to make a deal, I was told it was NOT Certified ( even though all the online advertising stated it was and the salesman also said it was). Also, there were some very deep scratches in the left bumper and luggage rack that were not pointed out either! I certainly would NOT trust this dealership if I were you.As of yesterday,I am now a proud owner of a Certified pre-owned '20 Subaru Forester Touring Edition that I bought from much more reputable, honest dealership. Do your due diligence and take your time to make an educated decision on the best car and dealership for you!

I don't know how he got my number, but Ken at Hillsboro Hyundai is spamming me with phone calls. He's been calling nearly every day (sometimes twice a day) for WEEKS. I've left VM's and sent texts asking him to stop, I blocked his number-- it's the epitome of the slimy used car salesman. Even if I were interested in a car, I sure as hell wouldn't buy it from here. I called this morning to see if I could speak to a manager there to stop the harassment. I also made sure to list his phone number on several spam warning sites online. Don't make the mistake of shopping here!

Thank you Rick, Clinton and the whole team for getting me in and out so fast and easy. Great communication and transparency through the whole process. No surprises, no hassle. My sales guy Rick was Johnny on the spot with all my needs, questions and concerns. From the get go he found the car I was looking for, crunched some numbers, and got me a great deal. On site everyone was professional and patient. Once the deal was done he stayed after hours and showed me all the features. Never felt rushed. Thanks again boys I will be back. Highly recommend.

Shop around. I was comparing Hyundai dealers in there metro area and these guys were charging thousands over MSRP. Sadly nearly all dealers are doing this but Dick's was worse than others.
