They grossly underbid the restoration project which resulted in me losing my car as well as the $20,000 I paid for restoration work. They claim that their conduct and business practices are based in their religious values, but my experience suggests they serve just one master: money. Steer away.

After having a very high opinion i'm sorry to say i'm extremely disappointed. I brought my vehicle to the shop after a rear end collision I was assured it would be good as new. Within a space of a week I noticed several issues. The repair material started cracking, the large and ragged paint edge left by paint bridging the taped edge, the trunk didn't fit right, unbuffed areas on the underside of the decklid, poor bumper fitment, and rather than repainting the bumper it was cut and buffed which would've been fine with me had they not scratched into the paint in small curly Q's that is unmistakably a short throw da sander used in the industry the sad part is ive now called and left messages close to a dozen times with no reply after the initial conversation of "we'll absolutely fix the issues" promised a fair and complete repair it has been everything but

Be very wary of trusting your car to this outfit, they claim to be good Christians but I think not! Shane, the owner's behavior with me was both cruel and unethical!
Let me start by saying that I live in Berkeley CA and choose Crossroads Customs based upon lower cost of work in Oregon and local recommendations.
After receiving a written bid for painting my 1984 Porsche and agreement to start the work from the owner Shane I transported my car from California to Portland, Oregon. Prior to transporting the car I had several conversations with Shane and he confirmed times that he would start the work on the date promised. Upon arrival, Shane changed his tune, he advised me that he was too busy to do the work and that he no longer wanted to do the job.
I not only incurred several hundred dollars in getting the car to Portland, I had made arrangements with an upholsterer and a glass company (both recommended by Shane) to do work in coordination with Shane. So, after spending many hours picking good local suppliers and and getting myself and the car to Oregon Shane tells me to take my car somewhere else.
The only positive out of this is that I did not have to suffer from Crossroads having actually done any damage to may car. I count my blessing!
He can call himself a Christian but he certainly doesn't behave like one and cannot be trusted to keep his word.
By the way, I do notice that he has removed negative reviews from his Company Facebook account, another affirmation of the ethics you can expect from Crossroads Customs and their owner Shane.

Honest helpful people. Could use a little more professionalism in answering the phone. But honest and straightforward, unfortunately not able to do the work I wanted done, something that I find understandable given the nature of the work.

Shane and crew are good people! Gearheads themselves, rest easy knowing that your car is in good hands here, with very fair prices too.

Recently went in to have small paint damage looked at, gave me a worst-case scenario estimate per my initial thought that I would need to have the whole door redone, but they ended up polishing out the damage for me for free! Very helpful and nice people, got into good conversation with them. I absolutely recommend, along with a friend of mine who had paint work done here. Hope to see you guys again soon in the future! Keep up the great work.

Trustworthy, quality work, with attention to detail. I took my SUV in for some body work, including dent repair, and they did a perfect job. They went over and above expectations, and have good prices, too. They kept me up to date on the progress, and it didn't take long before I had my car back. They treat your car with love and care like it was their own. They even washed and cleaned my car for me, so went I picked it up it was sparkling like new! What a great shop, I'm so glad I found them! I will happily come back here any time and refer all my friends and family to them. 5 Stars!

My classic 1988 Cadillac Eldorado was hit on the right side fender and bumper. I was able to buy a donor car for those parts, as they're difficult to find. I brought the parts in to be painted and reassembled onto my car. Crossroads quoted a very fair, reasonable price and finish the job in a week's time! I was impressed. The car looks amazing. And they also cleaned my interior carpets. I highly recommend them.

I visited Crossroad Customs today without an appointment and they were able to help me right away! They were fast, friendly, and very affordable. I was even able to tour the shop to see all of the pretty custom work that they have going on. Be sure to visit them if you need collision repair or custom work done on your favorite car!
