Just recently I went into this exact location, the worse experience with a phone company. Do not spend your money here or do business with them, they will steal your money right from under you and label it different things. When confronted or brought to there attention they will give you the run around. I caught them stealing money from us on a receipt which I still have for legal purposes. I went into this location. I upgraded my phone cuz it had a cracked screen, and I added a line to my existing phone plan I had with them as well as a new phone. They had a sale going on where you get the phone at a certain price with a $60 plan. This company not only charged me an additional $60 for a new plan which would have changed my bill cycle to a different date, and they didn't change that. But they also charged me another $60 for the other phone plan. I originally went in there to just to Add a line and get new phones that's it. Then they threw in some bunk charges like an upgrade fee, plus a activation fee x2 and a upgrade fee. Not only that but charged me double on the phone plans, and didn't even change my bill date. I've tried four times to resolve this issue. At this location, and I've even tried calling the store manager there no return phone call back of course. Do not do business with these liars and thieves. I'm in the process of some legal matters with cricket. I have proof of my receipts and will be filing a complaint with the Better business bureau. Ask yourself this question, why do ANY business WITH A COMPANY THAT WHEN YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ASK WHAT THERE FAX NUMBER IS OR EMAIL OR EVEN BETTER WHERE THERE CORPORATE OFFICE IS CANNOT PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION OR PHONE NUMBERS. BEWARE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!?

Good customer service however i still could not get my phone activated I was told that something was wrong with the phone send it back to my insurance and get another one which I did and then that one didn't work turns out I had to be activated by cricket lol

We came in today with 2 broken phones stressed and confused about how to make a claim. Javier was so patient, He called the insurance department for us and stayed on the line with us the whole time. He went out of his way to answer all of our questions and helped us sign up for a program i wasn't aware was available. He was really calm, nice, and made us feel welcome! He even held the door for us when we left! Best experence I've ever had at cricket store and Ive been with them for over 15 years!

Johan Hong and his staffs are so kind and eager to help me. Mr. Hong tried to perform the trouble shootings on my phone problems. He was very knowledgeable and professional to find the problems. I am so grateful for helping me. I would like to recommend him very highly. Thank you again.

Was defrauded by Yohan at this Cricket office. Was signed up by Yeti to the ACH program, disabled, fixed income, free phone and free services. She showed me a brochure if I wanted to upgrade to unlimited data at only $20 per month, to go into a store to do this. Signed up for this ACH plan with Yohan in this Hillboro Cricket office in Dec. 2022. He stated I was signed up for auto pay at $20 a month to start on Jan. 8, 2023. He's a liar as I was charged $55, not ACH $20. I've called C.S., idiots there, then finally spk to a dummy supervisor today. Could barely understand, illegible English except she stated she was not refunding my money. I instructed her numerous times to refund my money and cancel the service, I find it fraudulent, a bait and switch racket. She said she can't make refunds? I asked to deal with someone who can; she made up more lies. Asian, but said her name was Bethany? Beware of liars like Yeti, Yohan, and anyone within Cricket. They need to be sued, lying trash! I will be filing a legal monetary complaint soon and for discrimination also. Funny how Yohan recognized I was disabled but still signed me up for $55 per month, not the ACH program of only $20 per month. The liar wouldn't even fix it today claiming he had other customers. A royal POS! ??

Every time I come in I'm taken care of quickly and professionally. Great customer service. Javier got us set up quick this morning. If it wasn't for the ACTUAL customer service in the retail stores Cricket wouldn't be around long as their online/phone customer service is non-existent.
