I love this branch. Would give them 10 stars if I could. I am greeted by friendly faces and receive great service from all of their employees. Branch manager Albert is caring and amazing and is backed up by a great team. I can have a stressful day and when I leave the branch I'm feeling better. As a business owner with business and personal accounts they take care of everything I need efficiently and always with a smile. Started with them when they were Columbia Bank and am thrilled that the transition to Umpqua has been seamless. You can trust them implicitly.

The people working at the bank are great, but the regional and senior management have no interest in customer satisfaction. 6 mon ago I deposited savings bonds as a group. This time regional mgmt said I could only make 1 deposit per day. Stupid - as they would have had more money in my account sooner. What a waste on my time & vehicle fuel.

I've been cashing my work checks for the past 6 months. I just want to say these people are so amazing. The manager sits in the lobby and greets every single person with a smile. The entire team is so nice and friendly. Even with a a line on a Friday, everyone is working so happily and helpful. I'm opening my account next week.

Had a small check to cash, the teller and bank manager were both very rude, talked down to me even though I was their senior, and almost refused to cash my that was written on their Bank, because my driver's license had expired several months prior. When I told them I had an appointment to get my driver's license renewed, and that I had a six-month window, and that the DMV was the one making the appointment and I was not, they said their policy was shorter-term, whether they were issuing the licenses or not, which does not make good sense to me. If the bank cannot follow the DMV's guidelines during a pandemic, I don't know what else they would do. I have never had any problem with my expired ID at any other bank, including the same day as this one. Go figure! Long story short, in my opinion, this is a very small Bank, there are very few locations, and you would be very well advised to go elsewhere with your financial and savings needs.

I've had a love hate relationship with the bank but they've finally added mobile deposits so I can't complain too much, back end site design still a pain though.Albert T. really won me over though: great attitude, awesome at answering questions, fast etc everything you could ask for from your bank's staff.

Unprofessional banking experience, many mistakes made and left unresolved. High staff, including branch manager, turn over. I would definitely NOT recommend.

This is the Second time they have forgotten to deposit my money And whenever I ask for a receipt they tell me I have to get a supervisor but today when I went back to ask why my money hadn’t been deposited they were willing to print a receipt without a manager so I feel like this bank is does nothing but play games
