Have used this pharmacy for years and they consistently deliver poor service. Prescriptions that are called in often have to be left on a voice machine and are not retrieved In a timely manor. The issue is always the part of the customer and or the business calling them in. Again my prescription was called in this time left with a person. But when I came in to pick it up there was no recollection that any such prescription was called in. This was after getting pushed down to the register as the three Pharmacists/ tech's, on computers were to busy to review it.

My husband, (a senior), went to pick up his prescription. Unfortunately, he did not know that they do not hold prescriptions for more than 10 days, so he had to wait for them to refill it. Which is bad enough. But the pharmacist filling his prescription was wearing his mask on his CHIN! When I called the manager to complain, I was told that the pharmacy was owned by a separate company and he would have to pass the info on to them. He also said that it was not the first time the pharmacist had been reprimanded for not wearing mask correctly. THE PHARMACIST!

Horrible pharmacy experience today. I called to see if my medication was ready for picked up and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and then I went in just now to find out that they are closing for lunch... I never went to a pharmacy where they were closed for lunch before? And I looked at the website and says it's open until 8pm. I asked if they are still open and I could hear the girl who was working at the desk that wear glasses and thick eyeliner answered so I asked again and said sorry I couldn't hear. Then she had an attitude and said I already answered you that we are closed. Like you work in this profession to help people. Not be rude to them. I'm just speechless that they hired people with this kind of attitude to be working at a pharmacy. Then I called to check and she said yeah I answered you that when you came in! Very very rude. Please make sure to rethink of this woman to be working at pharmacy where they're supposed to help people and not have attitude towards them. Super unprofessional

I don't love Albertsons but this is our closest local store. I prefer Safeway over here. This one is always pretty busy and chaotic feeling. If things are in just for you and on sale, usually they are cleaned out of them. We go here due to location. Staff are usually friendly. Albertsons just is not my favorite store overall and this location is not my favorite set up, I dislike the parking lot and most people who shop here can't follow the arrows for Covid precautions.

A beer writer I follow calls this location "The Unpopular Albertsons," and he's spot on. The place is just about never crowded -- maybe Christmas Eve and the first weekend of the COVID outbreak, but that's it -- and it takes forever for stock to turn over. I was last out here for Christmas and, since I'm now working from Oregon since the shutdown order, I've noticed that a lot of the holiday beer and seasonal items are STILL THERE. If it wasn't for COVID, none of the Valentine's Day items would've moved. This isn't great if you're a fan of fresh beer or hate seeing an entire day's production of baked goods get thrown into the clearance racks, but if you're a shopper here? Fan friggin' tastic. Everything's repeatedly on sale or clearance, you can wrap up your shopping in a reasonable amount of time and, if you steer clear of the self-check paddock, you'll be checked out of there in record time... conversation and all. I've watched this place do tweak after tweak for the better. It got rid of soda nobody was buying, an apparel section nobody was using, and a grill that did nothing but monopolize the front entrance. Instead, it now leans on its strengths: Cheap chicken Mondays, a dynamite bakery, shockingly good butcher department, the world's fastest Starbucks, a Freddy's quality wine department, and perennially overstocked ice cream and seasonal items. When the world isn't descending on it to hoard paper products and, for some reason, tortillas, it's the best supermarket in Hillsboro. I didn't stutter. F*** that overcrowded 185th Street TJ's, f*** the parking lot of death at Whole Foods, f*** the giant clusterfuck of a poorly designed shopping center combined with temporary tech employee customers at Sunset Freddy's, f*** the '50s throwback coolers and spoiled products at the TV Highway Safeway and Freddy's, f*** the one Grocery Outlet in this state that doesn't act like a Nordstrom Rack for New Seasons, and f*** the meanest, most clinically depressed New Seasons in the planet at Orenco -- and f*** its miserable, professionally transient shoppers even more. You should've transferred to Chandler instead, Intel drone. When all this settles down and life returns to some new form of normal, I eagerly await all the mouthbreathers returning to their WinCos and Bi-Marts of choice long enough for me to get a roll of paper towels and a six-month old pack of Jubelale at this still-unpopular Albertsons.

I love their floral department!! The floral manager, Cheryl, is so sweet. Every time I go in to your store she greets me with a smile and asks me what can she help me with. Her department always looks so fresh and amazing. I have never been disappointed with anything I have purchased. You have one amazing employee working for you. I will always shop this floral department.

The online coupon system that the store has gone to is horrendous. It truly penalizes the elderly and those that can not afford smart phones. The staff is not helpful in any way. Bah humburg !!!! Looking for a different store.

I seem to prefer the Albertson's chain of grocerers over Safeway because their selections seem better. They have more options of brands. This store location has a calm parking lot for the most part with designated one way enterance and exits. They even have a gas station which the lines aren't long at. The prices have increased however which I've noticed. And I don't like the promotions of minimum buys of 4 mix or match to get most of the deals.

went there at 11:15am on a saturday. Tried to get soda and some chips, the complete isle was blocked with vendors restocking, couldn't even see the shelves. Tried to move one of the carts to get sodas, the vendor says hey we are working here. I went to customer service to explain what was going on. They just said sorry. Didn't offer to help get what I needed, or anything. Find another store who cares about customers, instead of vendor come first. Without customers, you don't need vendors. Management needs to be changed here.

I'm already not a fan of Albertsons because they're prices are awful, the quality of product is poor and the employees are mistreated, but this one reeks of sewage and doesn't have the only good thing about Albertsons; a wing bar. Save your money folks

You know how you plan to do something, you end up going somewhere else, then after the fact you realize you should have gone somewhere completely different? So I was requested to pick up bread and pb for field trip lunches tomorrow. I was planning to hit the Fred Meyers on Imbre on the way home. Sadly I was listening to the Tony Schahoub interview on Fresh Air. Those interviews sometimes take a hold of you and won't let go. So I didn't really feel like turning around so I just went to Albertsons. It's about 100 yards or so away from our house. That's not to say I enjoy shopping there. Not only are their prices higher, the layout of the store is horrible. I have worked retail (no longer) a long time in my life so I get it...but no sir, i don't like it. After the fact i realized that i should have gone to the Trader Joe's on 185th. Their prices are great, and i could have gotten cheesy proofs for the kids and another jar of "Everything but the Bagel" seasoning. Trust me...you need it. Oh well...tomorrow's another day.
