Cindy went above and beyond helping my spouse and I buy our first house. We looked at over 50 houses over a several month period and she was SO patient with us, ensuring we found the right fit. She is thorough, direct, and transparent. She took the extra time to educate us about the process and we knew we could trust her to advocate on our behalf from viewing to close. We'll definitely work with her again when we're ready to sell!

From the beginning, Cindy was a dream to work with. She helped us to sell our first home and was instrumental in buying our new home. She's very knowledgable and knows the market well when it comes to pricing your home and knowing what to expect when buying in different areas. Unlike our first agent, Cindy really listened to what we wanted in our new home and was right on top of getting us new listings to review as soon as they were on the market (as in, \\\"we're not even an hour old on the market\\\"). She's that good. We purchased a short sale, and she was wonderful about giving us status updates, even if there wasn't much change. When the bank finally accepted our offer, they only gave us 29 days to close, and Cindy put us in touch with the right people to help us close on time (who were also great to work with, by the way). Cindy is one of those agents who truly and honestly cares about her clients and wants them to have a great buying and/or selling experience, and she'll go the extra mile to make it happen. Excellent!

Cindy is AMAZING! We have been working with Cindy for 9 years now. She have helped us with our first home, and few other real estate adventures we had since then. She is extremely experienced, knowledgeable, resourceful, and most importantly patient. She knows how to make your offer accepted - which is so valuable in the current market. My husband and I were extremely fortunate to find Cindy to sell not one home but 3 of our homes and assisting in the purchase 3 homes. We bought our first house with Cindy in 2015. It was such a wonderful experience, that when it was time to sell this house and buy a new one - we knew we'd only use Cindy. I used this company to find and purchase a condo in the Orenco Station area in Hillsboro. Cindy was a fantastic agent. She showed us only properties that met our needs, and was punctual, friendly, and generally a joy to work with. She demonstrated excellent general knowledge of construction and the builders in the area, was tuned in to all the details, and her focus was 100% on watching out for our best interests throughout the process. I highly recommend Cindy as an agent.
