I want to commend the exceptional service I recieve from LA Lee the Lead Associate Operations. Everytime I am in the bank she is both friendly and helpful . La Lee is a great example of the ideal Chase employee. You should make her branch manager!

The teller was super rude. as she was helping another lady she shouted out how much money is your check. Terrible service we will never return. Wouldn't even assist to open an account we will never return here again!

I went in too get some money out of my account. During that time I ask the lady working there if you do personal lones. She responded where did. you hear that at ..she replied pull your phone out and show me. Wow. I did just to let her see..she repliedwhere in a disrespectful voice. I didn't want to get rude back because .. All she should of said was I am sorry sir we don't have personal loans just credit loans. How hard was that....

I have been long time Chase customer for my business and personal and banker LA LEE wanted charge me $10.00 "transaction fees". It's a scam she even told me I can go to a different bank and open an account over there. I hope chase will train their employees for better customer service. By the way she gave me a receipt with an unknown language. READ THEIR REVIEW BEFORE COMING THIS BRANCH.Customer service is really bad.

On Nov 5 I went in (Evergreen parkway, Hillsboro) to deposit a check at 10:15 am and the teller Sylva went above and beyond in helping me. True Customer Service !! Very kind and helpful and solution oriented. Banks Need more such people in service. Hope you are appreciated :) Thank you Sylva for making my day!

Sadly, the bank is only open until 5:00 now, instead of 6:00 like it used to be. So, normal people can't get to the bank after work.

I have been with Chase for about 10 years, now with a premium plus checking account. Getting banking service at Chase is quite difficult lately. Often times no banker here, only by appointment, which takes weeks it get one. I am seriously considering moving my money to other banks.

This branch closed my business account that I had had with Chase for over 8 years. For a mistake that they made. I was unable to come in on the day that they called me and said they needed me to come in, I was leaving that night at midnight for a 3-week trip out of state. I could not come in to fix their mistake, the individual said nothing about the account (which had over a $20,000 balance). I get home. I go to pay the bills for my business to find that my account is missing. All of my money is gone, I have bills due tomorrow that I cannot pay now. All of my history is gone. Everything is gone.They made a mistake and I'm having to pay the price to fix their mistake, which means my account got closed. It was closed without my knowledge or approval to fix their mistake.

I opened a chase account when I moved to Oregon, but this branch in Tanasbourne 185th has horrible customer service and ATM access. The tellers and management here don't seem to care when I repeatedly tell them their atm won't accept my cash over the last month. They are aware. I work for cash tips and need to deposit cash on the regular late at night. Funny, you'd think a bank would prioritize fixing their DT atm if it is regularly impeding their cash flow. I have unsuccessfully tried this multiple times and now have a backlog of cash I need to deposit and can't
