Take your business elsewhere, I’m a commercial client had to send 2 of my guys to a store they said they had a part for us told them to pull it. They said they had it in their hands get there Dakota was being extremely rude and didn’t care about the situation. Go to orileys across the street better off for everyone

When I called customer service, I was granted the ability to trade my Die Hard battery out for a new one because of the two year warranty that I couldn't remove when I bought the thing. I had charged it up at another auto shop, but when it didn't start my car after that, CarQuest replaced it because of my warranty on it. Thank you CarQuest!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐‼️& A ?!!

We came here twice during normal hours and they were closed. There was even a person in the store at 4:30 and they wouldn't let us in.

They were closed before their posted CLOSED time on a Saturday. 4:00pmUPS delivers my packages there (very inconvenient). I work long hours 6 days a week, so closing early is a problem.

Hi want to give a huge huge shout out to Jamie the little Woman with a huge huge heart for helping me out putting a headlamp in her little small fingers really did do the trick in getting that lamp in and out and the struggle to put the rubber cap back on afterwards!!! Just started working here the place is very organized for how tight and small it is they have multiple uses inside one single building people come here to get parts people come here to pick up packages from UPS because it's a UPS pickup point and people also come here for general knowledge about how to fix their cars people will not be disappointed by the hard-working people here at CarQuest
