Dave Roberts was very helpful and knowledgable. He showed us a few units that included items we wanted in our travel trailer. Took time to explain pros and cons. We left to think about which one we may purchase. Did not push us to buy. Decided the next day to go back and he guided us thru the purchase process very smoothly. Would highly recommend. One month later and he called to see how we liked our trailer. That is great customer service.

So I bought a used trailer got talked into getting the extended warranty because it was a used trailer and yes there were a lot of issues that conveniently were not covered by the warranty. So I have been fixing things ever since I got it even the part they ordered for me that I never got or even heard anything about. They threw lipstick on a pig and sold it. Not good

Anthony, was great to work with. He is not pushy and he listens to everything you have to say. He is super easy going and super welcoming. If you are in the market for a camper or RV, make sure you ask for Anthony.

I didn't have a very good experience with the service department, I had a problems with my awning and my automatic leveling system, they sent the circuit board to Indiana to get it fixed, about 6 weeks later it came back,reinstalled,4 little screws, they wanted to charge over 100$ to disconnect the circuit board, I disconnected it myself, this year my alarm for the jacks started going off again, I had to reconnecting the circuit board to get the ALARM to STOP!! On the awning, they replaced the motor for the awning, left off a clip that kept the awning rail attached, went back in,new clip replaced, after about 18 months the AWNING stopped working again, I recently went back to Camping World, they said the awning motor was only under warranty for 1 YEAR, 600$, and they wanted over 200$ to check what the problem was ! I wasn't going to pay another 600 $ for another motor plus the 200 + AGAIN. I DON'T recommend the Service department.!!THIS was at CAMPING WORLD at 240 SE BLVD WOOD VILLAGE OREGON 97060

This is a Camping World that specializes in RV sales and service. It has a much smaller and limited store but has adequate basic supplies.

No real parts available. Really, a sales rV supply for newly purchased RV’s. Buy the RV, get dump supplies and levelers etc to hit the road. Satellite parts. Very disappointed. Unable to fix my gray and black tank parts. None of these parts found here.

I bought a used trailer. At the time of purchase it was only 3 years old. There was a spot on the ceiling. I told them fix that and I'll take it. I assumed it was just dirt. Come to find out the entire roof in the front and both corners were rotted. The first trip out the entire under belly filled with water. They said it was a loose sink connection. After several calls and complaints they covered 200 of my 1200 doller fix. That's with the warranty. Lol. We didn't know how to use anything they sent us a video walk through and assured us we could call with any questions. When I called because I couldn't get the water heater lit they would happily show me for $200. Then our next trip the dry camping water kept filling with water. We had to replace the water pump. That was another $600. We spent $1000 sealing the roof and to replace it will be $5000. Still deciding on that one. Anyway I'm super disappointed that I was sold a completely piece of crap. Granted I should have really looked at it but it was our first trailer and thought it was best and safer to go with a big company. Never again!!!

Was working with Camping World over the last few weeks working on selling our trailer. We began working with Thomas who is a regional manager. He seemed good with communication but it became present that he was just smooth talking us. We scheduled an appointment on Friday evening at 4:00pm. We sold our tow vehicle so we had to coordinate getting our trailer there. We called same day to see if there was any way that if we brought it in early if we could have it appraised same day. Thomas said he couldn’t make any promises that it would be done same day but that they would try their best.
When we showed up, we met Jonathan who began helping us. We pulled our remaining belongings out of the trailer and handed over our keys and contact information. We told them what Thomas had said and we left our trailer. Jonathan came outside and told us it wouldn’t be same day but that he would check. About 5 minutes later we get a phone call from Thomas. He said “you know you are leaving it with us for the weekend right?”. It was like he didn’t even remember the conversation we had 3 hours earlier.
**As we began to leave- we noticed that they were moving trailers with a forklift and BANGING and dragging the electronic tongue jacks on the ground. So make sure if you buy from them or have your trailer serviced, you check this for damage**
Monday rolled around and I contacted camping world (9:15am) and spoke with Jonathan because Thomas is off on Monday/Tuesday. Jonathan was super short on the phone and proceeded to let me know that he would check and give me a call back. I hear nothing from him so I gave him a call at 12:00pm. He was then short again and said he would check and call me back again. The afternoon rolled around and we still hadn’t heard anything. My husband contacted them (4:00pm) and spoke with Jonathan. He was SUPER RUDE and snappy. He said “you know I am not your salesperson right?!”. He then FINALLY looked at the overview of the trailer. And it appears that it was flagged with some problems. He said that there was “Small Freeze Damage” and de-lamination on the inside back wall and that he would need to inspect it. And call us back with final numbers.
Wednesday now rolls around and my husband reached back out to Thomas following how rude Jonathan was. Thomas says he needs to check with them and that he would call us back. Hours later we get a call from him saying that they cannot buy it because it has water heater damage (based on some condensation moisture found in storage area) and that there was de-lamination on the outside back wall. We were furious because we knew that there was no damage and we had to take a loan out to pay the negative equity on the trailer.
This last Saturday we picked our trailer up and took it to another location to sell it. Upon their inspection, NOTHING WAS WRONG.
AVOID CAMPING WORLD LIKE THE PLAGUE. They will sell you a chunk of cheap chipboard garbage and leave you in the dust when it comes time to need any help with it.

Anthony was wonderful and showed us lots of options and was very patient when I struggled to make the decision.

Anthony was very helpful and was quick to accommodate our requests. We had to back out of the purchase due to towing issues on our end. It was too bad because I was looking forward to meeting him. Highly recommend.
