I like going to this Burger King when one specific drive thru worker is not working. He is so rude, HORRIBLE at customer service. I ordered something, je was completely silent for over a minute so I said “are you there?” And he said “yeahhhhh” and then I didn’t see two of the items I ordered displayed on the screen so I asked if he got what I ordered and he said “I put down everything you said lady” and then when I pulled up to the window he told me he wished people were more capable of ordering food

This Burger King location in front of Top Golf is visually cool but serves the same food as every Burger King, which is too bad. For a change, they had cool art and signage inside the restaurant so it's kinda fun to check. On the other hand, the food wasn't great. The bun was dry. The burger didn't taste fresh. But it was cheaper than the food inside Top Golf so it might be worth it eating there before or after a golf outing.Vegetarian options: LOL, not here except for the Impossible WhopperDietary restrictions: If you have dietary restrictions, look elsewhereParking: Big parking lotKid-friendliness: No play area

I asked for no mayo. They didn't know aoli sauce has mayo in it, so they put it on anyway and I had to go in to replace it. Allergies suck sometimes.

Idk what happened, or if it was a good day, but this location has turned itself around. Food was stellar, and an employee went out of his way to walk us our to go order from behind the counter, and even held the door open for us when we left - give that man a raise.

The first 5 or 6 times I went the drive thru person was very nice. However, the last 3 times, it's been a different person, and the customer service has been less than desirable. This last time was the worst. I pulled upto the drive thru. The person asked me what I wanted. I said, " I'd like an 8pc nuggets with a medium fry please". The person immediately said "second window." He didn't ask me if I wanted to order anything else (which I did) just "second window." At that point, I just decided to pull forward. After about a minute of waiting at the window. He opened it, didn't say anything to me he just reached out for my card. I handed him my card. He ran it, handed me my card and my food and closed the window, and walked away. That was it didn't tell me what the total was or ask if i wanted any sauces (which I did) or even ask if I wanted a receipt.

Worst service ever. Waited in the drive thru with no one else in line for over 5 minutes to be helped. Then after giving the order, the screen didn't show all 3 items. I asked if they got the 3rd item and was told to pull forward. I asked again as it still wasn't showing on screen and was told "Just do as I told you and go to the 2nd window." Not the first time I have been treated like this here but will be the last. The other two times I was smart enough to back out and go somewhere else... won't happen again.

Whoever the franchise owner is of this store, perhaps you should take a look at your staff. 15 October 2023 at 1520 I visited your establishment. There was one other customer in the restaurant at the time. I waited nearly 4 minutes before anyone greeted me, not to mention, offered to take my order. It required me grabbing somebody's attention. I struggle with using the word "gentlemen," but Eduardo provided me with the rudest, most condescending and patronizing experiences i've had at a public food establishment.After I finally received my order, which was provided by the "manager," I began explaining to the manager my experience. The manager had one thing to say before he walked away, "oh, he is."Franchise owner: if you're in business to make money and maintain a steady clientele, I strongly encourage you to take a look at the people you're hiring to run your restaurant. I will never be back, and I will make sure to let folks I know to go to the Burger King down the street.

I recently dined at this Burger King, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring I received my order promptly. Above and beyond customer service I must say. The food was delicious, with the flame-grilled flavor shining through in every bite. I particularly enjoyed the double-cheeseburger, which was made to perfection. The cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant were also impressive, making me feel comfortable during my visit. Overall, this Burger King has to be my number one choice for delicious fast food, and I highly recommend it to anyone craving a tasty burger.

Worst drive through service. There’s 2 lanes, I drove in when there was no one in line. The lane to my left had 4 people order before my order was taken. I ordered nuggets and fries. At the window I was asked to pay 2x by two different employees, after I said I already paid, I was asked to wait in the area. After waiting 10 minutes (for fries and nuggets?) I went inside and they had given my order to someone else. I recommend you go literally anywhere else

If you have any thing bigger than a smart car good luck with the drive thru.Even the parking lot is tiny.I don't know what they were thinking when that new place was built.Otherwise it was decent for a quick lunch.
