Friendly staff and service. Just about everything you could possibly want for appliances, television, and electronics. Large selection of phones, tables, iPad and MacBook. I'm like a kid in a candy store when I come here.

Tony that was working in the returns was very helpful he helped me and my husband from the register with the first pitcher we made then to help us get Apple Watches and finding the accessories and check us out and with the price matching on the Apple Watches.

Just bought the Samsung Galaxy 24 Ultra with 1T storage, at the Tanasbourne, Oregon store. The salesperson, Seth, was awesome! He swapped all the data, had the glass protector installed, and fitted the Otterbox case for me... absolutely everything is perfect. Seth is the RARE combination of 'professional AND personable'... just a stellar guy. Best Buy is fortunate to have him with their store. (I spent over $1700 for the phone and setup... and am very pleased.) Thanks, Best Buy! Thanks, Seth!

Very helpful employees, excellent selection of products (e.g. Dyson vacuums, and I bought one!) and great prices. I always like going to Best Buy and will continue shopping here for all my electronics!

Bad experience buying a AC unit. Damaged. Customer service/appliance was not helpful. Gonna take the L and shop elsewhere next time.
