Tony that was working in the returns was very helpful he helped me and my husband from the register with the first pitcher we made then to help us get Apple Watches and finding the accessories and check us out and with the price matching on the Apple Watches.

Great experience. Unfortunately waited a long time to be sent to my carrier to solve the issue. Oh well everyplace is a bit understaffed

Very helpful employees, excellent selection of products (e.g. Dyson vacuums, and I bought one!) and great prices. I always like going to Best Buy and will continue shopping here for all my electronics!
