Never upset the delivery drivers:
Last weekend I had two loads of gravel delivered with 12 yards in each load. The morning drop off went great and the driver was amazing. The afternoon drop-off was not as good. I was one the last stops and as the driver came in, they looked like they knew what they were doing and I was wrong. While coming in to drop off the gravel, they ran over some of my bricks on the side of my driveway and as they were leaving, they were in a hurry and lefty skid marks on my 30 day old asphalt as well as my 30 year old asphalt. I spoke with the dispatch about this and they said they would talk to them. So, I made the mistake of getting the same driver again today and while they did drive slow and not leave any marks this time, I asked him to slowly dump the gravel and back spread it (This was after he told me new asphalt always gets marks). So as he was dumping, he came in at an angle and just dumped the entire load on the top of where I wanted him to start and on my new retaining wall. Now I have10x the work and will have to try and find another skid steer tomorrow, on Sunday, when no one is open so that I can get this spread before Monday when I have some other work happening. Im always told to speak up, but in this case I guess I was wrong.

We have used Best Buy twice - once for soil delivery and once for pebble bark delivery. Both experiences were exceptional. The crew that came out most recently, Josh and Jose, were just great - exceptional communication up-front, job completed efficiently, meticulous clean-up afterward. We are thrilled with the way our yard looks. Highly recommend this business!

I had some dirt delivered to my house for a project on my backyard and the whole experience was very easy. They assisted me with picking the type of dirt that was needed for my project and delivered when they said they would. The entire process was seamless and I would highly recommend.

Josh & Jose did an awesome job blowing bark dust around my yard this morning! They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up beautifully. The yard looks amazing and I highly recommend them! Thank you for an excellent job!
