Terrible experience using this locations (Streets of Tanasbourne) online ordering and pick up program. Went in because I was in the neighborhood shopping at nearby stores and decided to go in and ask if my order was ready (that i had placed the day before). I wasn't expecting it to be, because I didn't recieve a confirmation email yet but I figured the worst would be told "No it's not ready yet." I was wrong. The cashier who was trying to help me was unable to find my order in their online ordering program anywhere, so on her end it looked like it never existed or was placed. She goes back and forth between the register counter and the back storage/offices FIVE times. Still not able to find anything that mentions my order. I do feel bad, because I've been in that situation in past work experiences, and also a line was starting to form behind me because no one else was at the registers to help (even though I saw 2-3 employees wandering around or greeting other customers in the store when I had walked in). I was about to leave and say 'sorry for the inconvenience' when she brings who I assume to be the manager of that location. She also had the worst behavior, making me feel stupid and immediately blaming me for this chaos because I didn't recieve a confirmation email for my order yet. Her words were unnecessarily rude and tone was belittling. I left feeling embarrassed and bad for not meaning to cause such a fuss. Later that day I recieved the confirmation email for my order. I decided to go the next day after work because I was in that part of town. When I arrived at the front doors of the establishment, the lady was there again. She immediately recognized me and said "You here for your online order now?" I just nodded and walked past towards the registers. As I walked past I over heard the same lady laughing and telling another employee nearby about what I had done the other day. I left again embarrassed, but mostly disappointed in their online ordering system, that should've been able to to tell the staff that my order was still in progress, as well as their customer service in handling the situation. I understand having been in the customer service industry it may feel or seem like the customer is wrong or overreacting (and in a lot of situations that is true and the customers are out of line and utilizing the unnecessary power of 'the cutomer is always right'), but there are a lot of times where the staff overreacts to the customers and belittle them for no necessary reason either, but to make themselves feel better in the moment or because they're just frustrated at people and/or work in general.

15 -20 ladies working and no one could really help me , and when someone finally did , it was a very slow response lol. I will just order online next time

Bath & Body Works is a great store that sells soaps, lotions, fragrances, and candles. They have a variety of different fragrances to choose from. The layout of the store is quite nice as well as esthetically pleasing. I went inside because I was running low on the little baby hand sanitizers at they carrie. I got the 5 for $8 deal. It was quite hard to choose which ones I wanted because they have so many varieties of them.The employees were quite friendly and attentive to customers as they walked into the store.They mostly carry feminine fragrances, but there was a wall for men as well. I like that you can smell and try the product, with the sample bottles that they provide that have the little sticker that says "Try Me" on it. Overall, would definitely recommend.

I ordered 9 glass air freshener and a air freshener plug in. They put 1 4x4 bubble in for packing. One freshener broke so had a mess and strong smell in box. Don't think I will order from them again. Terrible packing job...?

Be careful because the security on line of this store is too Bad, somebody jacked their site and froud me, they told me that they will give a coupon but until this day I have not received nothing

It's nice to be able to go inside Bath & Body Works without having to go inside an actual mall. I enjoy getting the cheap portable hand sanitizers to have on supply whenever I'm out and about. It was a pretty easy in-and-out for me when I stopped by here during my lunch break.

The manager working on Tuesday Nov 21st in the morning at 10am, this lady needs to be let go. The interaction I experienced with her was unreal, rude and very unprofessional. I will never shop at this location again. I witnessed her also treat another customer with disrespect while I was in there. I simply picked up two of my orders and canceled one because this lady was so hateful.

The first time I came to this store was after I made an online purchase and wanted to exchange some lotions. I was not looking to get a refund, I just obviously couldn't smell them as I was buying them and was going off the description. The cashier said I couldn't exchange them since I bought them online with a discount and would have to pay the difference for the products i wanted to exchange them with. They were full-size products and products they already had at the store. I had to drive an hour and a half to another location where my friend is a manager at B&B, even though she assured me i would be able to exchange at any other store. I didnt want to run into this again so i just went to her store and her employee was able to exchange them with no problem.
