After back surgery, my husband realized he desperately needed a lift chair recliner to be able to get up without severe pain. The salesperson helped me choose one and they delivered it the same day because of our circumstances. I am so impressed and thankful that they did that! The chair is perfect for him!

Customer service here was top notch. Kyra was our person and she definitely went above and beyond to ensure we found what we wanted and also at a great price! We were told 3-4 weeks for delivery and it came in ONE week. The delivery people, Bill and Brandon were also top notch. Called us half hour before they were to arrive, in and out of our home in 15m. Furniture is BEAUTIFUL!!! We definitely will only buy from here! Thank you Kyra!!

We just bought a very reliable mattress that we fell in love with. Reminds me of our first mattress we had as newly weds! Then they let me walk around and guess what I find?! The most comfortable recliner they had! I couldn't walk out without it. The price for everything was just a steal!!! Thank you banner furniture for the free delivery and removing the old mattress for free as well! I should add that I'm a returning costumer! I bought my beautiful, big comfy couch from banner and my bedroom set! If you're looking for quality beds, furniture they have it at banner!

Finally, a furniture store that has exceptional customer service! I had called to inquire about stock I saw online and was asked my name. Mind you, no one ever remembers my name. When I walked into the store, I was greeted by Kyra - who I spoke with on the phone - and she remembered my name, already a point in my book. Kyra was so friendly, she really listened to what my husband and I were looking for, found us options in the measurements we needed and did not upsell us - she gave us time to look around and checked up on us. Mind you, we went to MOR furniture, Ashley furniture. Lazy boy and JR furniture months before this visit at banner and I could barely get an employee to make eye contact with me. Kyra made our entire shopping experience smooth - she gave us shipping dates, color options and even let me move the couches around on the sales floor so I could see what it would look like in our living room. We bought new couches before we left - we had the option for same day delivery (wow!) but we were there later in the day and had our own trailer. Yes, we got a discount on the already lowered price, but it wasn’t the reason why we bought - it was because of Kyra and her wonderful customer service. Having been in retail management for over 16 years, Kyra has been one of the few that has exceeded my expectations. The set we bought is incredibly comfortable, too! Thank you to Kyra for really treating us well - my husband and I were impressed with her service. *** The only reason for 4/5 stars - I saw an employee by the back exit to the outside furniture sitting on merchandise on the sales floor (a recliner couch). He must have been on his break, he was visibly texting on his phone and we wanted to sit and try out the couch. We had to wait until he was done sitting and texting before we were able to try it out.

My daughter and I went bed shopping. She said dont b disappointed. The "tv stars " probably don't even work here. Couldn't have been more wrong!!!! Jim greeted us at the door..answered all our questions..very low key..no pressure... Also met James later..also very nice..very impressed they were both working on a holiday so employees could have the time off! Worth the drive folks!! Go c Jim and James!!!

Went in for a bed frame on a Sunday and was helped very quickly, the one I wanted needed to be ordered and it came in very quickly, very affordable items and very helpful staff. Definitely will be coming back when I need more furniture.

Wonderful family owned furniture and mattress store with large selection. I spent an hour with Mark picking out a bed frame and purchasing a fantastic mattress set. Easy to deal with office people and great delivery drivers! Just a really great business!

I bought an Englander Mattress ($1500) within the last two years and find that it is one of the most uncomfortable Mattresses I have ever had. I had originally purchased a different mattress only to have that picked back up because it was defective. I was told I couldn't get a refund on that purchase, but would be issued a store credit, so I looked at other mattresses. I told that salesperson that I DIDN'T want a mattress with any "memory foam" in it and this is what was recommended. Guess WHAT, it's almost 100% foam! I found a firmer one that was cheaper, but again was told that I wouldn't get a refund on the difference, but only a store credit. I am now sleeping on an inflatable mattress because the Englander (which is supposed to be good) is unbearably uncomfortable. I took the salespersons word as well as considered the fact that I could not get a refund on the original purchase to take this Englander. BIG Mistake!!!! Two strikes with just a mattress purchase. I will not go for a third strike, so in the future will steer clear of Banner Furniture and shop elsewhere. Was wanting to support locally owned business, but seems as though they are forcing me to shop elsewhere. Perhaps, they should revisit their refund policy as I have seen other comments by consumer with similar issues on defective items and not able to get a refund. Not good business sense in my opinion!!! BUYER BEWARE
