Love the proximity but 9 times out of 10 this branch does not have what I need (e.g., someone able to accept foreign currency deposits or reset a ATM PIN code). I work so weeeknd hours are best but fruitless visit every time. The remodel looks great and the guy gave me all the phone numbers to call back to check staff services on business days but they never answer the phone. I don’t have time to keep driving there and back and NOT get my banking needs met. Do better please.

Every time I am afforded the privilege to make my business’ bank deposits at this BofA location, I genuinely look forward to visiting and chatting with the tellers and management team at this location. It is rare to find such a high standard of customer service in the banking industry these days. BofA at a large level has suffered recent reputation injuries, but this branch alone single-handedly shows that it’s about the people on the ground, not those at the C-Suite, that make the biggest difference.
I am particularly impressed with the quality of management and the cohesion of the team at this branch. I’ve taken some of the things that I’ve seen and learned from this location’s Manager and had an extremely successful implementation of these management tactics in my business.
Thank you to Priya for being a shining example of what a top-tier manager with strong executive potential looks like. Thank you to all of the awesome tellers at this location for making every bank deposit a breeze and even enjoyable.
The staff and entire team at this location should be an example of which other locations should learn from and strive to reflect. I’m not much of a reviewer, but greatness should be recognized where it exists in abundance. Thank you all once again. 😊

? was having issues with their system basically I was getting shut out in multiple ways from my account I reached out to the branch and found someone to look in to the issue and handle it .. she turned out to be a pretty cool chick and have run in to here at other locations ..I've been banking here since I was a kid and am giving this review because the help I received...Biggest issue with b of a is the way they do their books ...

Love this bank. We were greeted immediately, bank manager was so friendly and informative and got us hooked up with Sharon T. Sharon was so nice, helpful, knowledge, fast and efficient. I highly recommend this branch.

Kind people, Excellent service! I am certainly a satisfied customer. I just moved into town about a month ago and needed a bank to check to check. Wells Fargo gave me the run around so I decided to come here. Fast and easy and they were very professional and treated me very well. I am glad to have had professional service by Sharon and Priya. ??

This center is amazing. The team is very friendly and it’s a complete different experience since Priya has become the manager. There are rarely ever lines and you can conduct your business in a timely manner. Keep up the great work!

Had issue with BofA Credit Card, I couldn't get any help on the phone. Walked in to this branch and the manager went above and beyond to help. Thank you (May 2023)(July 2023) I was told to visit a branch to get clarification to intrepert some unknown charges on my card on the phone by BofA representativeI called BofA Sunset Esplanade because I received a great service before.But when I called to make an appointment to my surprise I was told "this is a high functioning bank, we are busy with our regular clients. Well... I can make you an appointment for 30 minutes but we can't do anything about your credit ard issue.I have been their customer for 25 years.Their service and how they operate has been a big headache.Time to switch to a different bank for sure. They do not care!

i would normally rate this place 5 stars. my last few times going there have been excellent. been taken care of properly. had every explained to me seeing as it’s my first ever bank. but this time today 5/9/23, i went in thinking i would get my cash in hand. i asked for it to be deposited i didnt know i couldn’t get any cash right then and there. cindy was the tellers name, she never once told me what she was doing that she was going to put in into my account. just asked to make sure the amount was correct. once i told her she didn’t try and help me just told me she can’t do anything. wont be coming back to this. i’d rather go 45 minutes by bus may i add to cash my checks away from this place. horrible customer service.

HORRIBLE. Don't expect any level of service. They'll refer you to the ATM & even then, got it wrong & made my deposit into the wrong account.

The customer service is vastly improved with new management.No more lines, increase customer service reps and friendly professional manager to ensure timely and prompt service.
