I absolutely love this gym! The gym owner Mike is extremely kind and caring. I highly recommend this gym to everyone. It's always clean and has excellent equipment. What are you waiting for?! Just go!!!!! You will not be disappointed ?

I love Balance! It is always so clean and Mike does an amazing job keeping anything and everything stocked! I had always struggled going to the gym because I never felt comfortable, but Balance is definitely somewhere I feel safe and able to work out in a judge free zone. If you are looking for a new gym to come to I highly recommend coming here!

I've belonged to this wonderful gym for about a decade. I attend classes multiple times a week. The owner and gym members are very warm and caring. The gym is very clean and bright. The owner (Mike) has done an awesome job taking care of and organizing the gym. Love the people at this gym. I highly recommend this gym.

Best local gym there is! It’s kept super clean all the time, music is great, has awesome class options and add-ons! Mike is great and offers so much at his gym. Highly recommend being apart of the balance family!

I love coming to this gym! It is always so clean and the equipment is new and so nice. If you are looking for a locally owned gym, with an awesome Zumba class (and other classes too!), tons of perks that you feel safe and comfortable at, this is the place! I love supporting local but I also love that at this gym I am not waiting for equipment while someone is just sitting on the equipment on their phone. People that come here are working hard! I love the atmosphere and the owners take amazing care of the facility. They have passes for a free trial week if you just want to come and check it out, which I recommend. You will not be disappointed.

This place is great. It seems like it is still kindof a hidden gem as far as I can tell. It's not a huge big box gym, but it is a good size and it packs an impressive punch for how much it offers per its square footage, still without feeling crowded. Off hours are easy to walk in and use almost anything without wait time. Dry sauna is great, owner is friendly. Great gym.

This is a great gym! My mom and I have been coming for a while now, and we really enjoy the classes. The gym is spacious, clean and the location is convenient.

Very nice gym. Awesome owner as well! If you live in the area, this gym is a must. I'm a guy who likes to get the job done, go in and then get out fast. And from my recent 2 month experience, its been just like that.
