Brevity is not my strong suit but in the interest of making sure this review is read by whomever needs to see it, as many potential buyers & sellers as possible, I am just going to say this: ANDREW BITANS is now, and will forever be, our ONLY real estate agent. Led by Noah Kragerud, the entire team at ARK are the epitome of everything you want & need in a real estate agency. Together they conduct every transaction, each and every interaction with not only their own clients, but also the other party and the agents who represent them, with THE most personable, professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly approach imaginable. Andrew Bitans, in particular, is a GEM. Over the course of 2 years, 200 miles, and (literally) countless properties Andrew accompanied us over the river and through the woods, along windy roads, up perilous paths and down dangerous driveways in pursuit of finding as close to "perfect" a property as we could. His dedication, expertise, guidance, patience, and sense of humor (not to mention his exceptional driving skills lol) made that not only possible but downright fun. So much so, in fact, that despite moving into our new home just one month ago we joke about starting the search for our next house just for the excuse to do it all over again ?
Speaking of our new home, since closing there have been a few misc questions, requests for input and/or recommendations, etc. Andrew continues to be every bit as fast, friendly, and fiercely dedicated to doing whatever he can to help, still making what would normally be such an incredibly stressful event into something not just a little easier, but enjoyable and totally manageable.

I’m very happy with Ark Realty Group at Place. My wonderful friend Sarah Jackson who recently joined their team introduced me to Andrew and Noah (both realtors) who supported me through this process. Andrew never tired, responding to messages late evenings and through the weekends and making last minute arrangements to view properties that came onto the market. Andrew’s unrelenting support and his calm demeanor and presence merged very well with me and made this rather strenuous and nerve-wracking process much easier. Even now after closing, I can still rely on Andrew and the team for referrals to various contractors and the things needed to make this next chapter in my life as smooth as possible. I couldn’t have asked for a better team and I’m so glad we met when we did, thank you.

We connected with Jamie Eldrett through Zillow while we were still on the East Coast and figured we'd see how it went. Jamie was wonderful to work with from start to finish. She matched our pace the entire time without ever pressuring or pestering us. She dialed right into what we were looking for and would spot issues with homes before we did, rather than, for example, seeking to gloss over issues for the sake of a sale. We worked with Jamie for four or five months to find our home and she was there every step of the way. Her expertise, team, and contacts were invaluable and she was extremely accommodating with scheduling. If you've been matched with Jamie on Zillow or otherwise connected with her, you've struck gold.

Constantly bombarded by emails, texts, and calls from this group. I never contacted or made any requests to receive communications from Ark. I don't know how they got my info. Though I've opted out, they continue to annoy me with communications. Knock it off, guys.

I was overwhelmed dealing with my families estate, and Noah Kragerud and the team at Ark Realty stepped in and handled the sale of my moms home. I can’t thank them enough for handling all of the hard parts of the selling process, and providing their expertise. The sale happened faster, and I netted more, than I ever could have hoped for!!!

Cindy Emerson was a real asset in our real estate purchase. She showed us everything we wanted to see (even when we weren't quite sure what we were looking for), took the time to understand our issues, and helped us sort through all the considerations. She was always helpful and patient, and went above and beyond to help us settle questions about the neighborhoods. Once we had made our decision on a purchase, she (and her team) handled the (sometimes difficult) negotiations expertly, and was always there to answer questions or find the answers. We were very happy with how everything worked out. Would definitely recommend.
