Been a member for over 2 years and really enjoy the workouts. The gym is clean, bright and not crowded most of the time. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable ( esp Israel) and always willing to assist you if you need it. A few televisions and clocks would be nice additions.

Absolute joke of a company. I’ve been a member since 2019 and before this past month I would’ve recommended their gyms to most people. I’ve been to 5 different clubs in 2 different states and while the clubs are usually pretty small, they had everything I needed to workout and were never overly busy.Last week I tried to visit this location and my key fob wasn’t unlocking the door. I attempted to contact customer service and was informed they are only available on weekdays. Fine, no big deal, I’ll just wait a couple days and call. Finally got ahold of a customer service rep and she was rude and showed absolutely no inclination to want to help me. Turns out they shut down my home club and rather than just transferring my membership to the nearest club, they cancelled it. I received no indication that this was going to happen. The customer service rep said they sent a letter but I never received it.First off, I signed up for my membership in a club in California, I’ve never interacted with staff from the closed location here in Oregon and never gave any indication that I wanted my home club changed to the Oregon location. So obviously they’re capable of transferring your membership without asking for your permission. Secondly, when I asked if there was anyway to salvage my account, the customer service rep said no and that I would have to resign with a new club. I asked if I could keep my current rate and she said no, you would have to use the rate of the new club. I chatted with a worker at the new club and was informed that if I wanted to sign up it was gonna cost double what I was originally paying per month and I would have to lock myself into a year long contract.Predatory behavior and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody. I’ve been a member for almost 5 years and they’ve managed to sour my entire experience in the span of a week.

Went there on Saturday with another member. His key fob didn't work. The place is dirty. Some of the machines are broken. No hand soap in the bathroom. No hand sanitizer anywhere. No beverage cooler there. They need to do better with house keeping.

One less star because weight lifting equipment (as far as bar bells go) is very limited. HOWEVER whenever I come here around 6pm it's pretty dead so I don't ever need to worry about it being taken up.Would be really nice to have a legit stair master but the pedal stairs work too.Clean, quiet. Overall I'll come again if I'm in the area.

Before signing up here know what you are getting into: I signed up originally back in to another location and since they are closing that location which is not maintained at all they automatically transferred my subscription here and when i requested to cancel. I was told there is no way i can cancel it and with my recent health condition they didn’t cancel until they received two letters from doctor. After receiving the paper work they still didn’t cancel my subscription and kept asking for more and more money.Sign up for any other gym but avoid anytime fitness at all cost. Its better to stay home then signing up here.

Had an appt but nobody came out to the front door which is locked. Called multiple times with no answer. Huge waste of time, very unprofessional.

This location used outsource their personal training with a company called Proplus Fitness. There is nothing Proplus about that service. The contracts are IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. I've put a stop on the transaction through my bank and they still find a way around that. Rude customer service too. Do not use Proplus. Had to put it in Anytime fitness because you guys allowed this to go on.

Yikes! Came in to use this location. 10-12pm no staff. Bathrooms need serious attention, no toilet paper, no paper towels, no soap, not clean. Equipment definitely not cleaned in a looong time. So no routine cleaning being done. Does anyone work here or do any work?

Had to put my clothes and back pack on the floor while taking a shower because there are no hooks and or benches to put ur stuff on hope my pants do get wet

Today at around 9:45 AM I came in with my key fob present, it was not working because I had recently gotten a membership at the Saint Helens establishment. I was unaware of the fact that I have to wait roughly 30 days for access to all local gyms, the owner or manager at the time on 8/19/22 let me in and there seemed to be no issue, I truly appreciated it and expressed how I just don’t know why it’s not working because I truly didn’t. That is on me and I’m sorry if you’re reading this. What I do not appreciate at all though, is the fact that this was my first time going out to any other anytime fitness gym, and this manager seemed to have given the Saint Helen’s gym a call and was “really really irritated” due to the fact he had to let me in and proceeded to say that if I come back before that time he will not give me access to this particular gym at all. I find that absolutely absurd and quite disrespectful when you, the manager, could’ve simply explained the situation without having to go and talk behind a customers back. I find it incredibly rude and I have an overwhelming sense of being a burden if I return during hours you’re present! I’m going to happily continue paying my membership monthly and use your gyms, they’re absolutely amazing and are worth every penny, all I ask is that if there’s an issue on my part is to please disclose that to me, so there’s no third party intervention or a further issue. Thank you.

Convenient location, but don't expect a clean club. I've been to several Anytime Fitness locations in numerous states, and this is by far the least cleanliness club I've been to. The "Mens only" shower room looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. No soap in the shower. No towel holder. No bath mat. No outlet in the bathroom. Hair in the drains that I couldn't even get out. The shower curtain is torn and half hung. The door is dirty. The toilet paper isn't hung. The rest of the club isn't much different. Hopefully the club manager will see this and do something about it. This club has so much more potential than what they are offering their members right now.

I totally agree with Sam K in that this gym only has the 2 things going for it. I would also like to add the tvs on the treadmills aren't hooked up to any network so don't plan on watching tv & they have a dog running around the gym in the daytime that belongs to one of the trainers. You get a 1 hour free training session with your membership this is just a sales ploy to get you to pay 600$ a month for coaching & an app they probably ripped off from weight watchers. I hope the management reads this & cancels my membership so I can go somewhere else anywhere else.
