I've been to a few anytime fitness the equipment is nice it would be nice if the TV worked on the equipment and the shower are nice but there no where to hang anytime or sit to in there I want to say this was a new location I don't remember it being here last time I was up here also there was no were to weigh yourself

I moved to a different state and canceled my membership back in January 2024 in-person with the employee working. He took the copy of the cancelation form and said I might get charged for the next month or two while it processes....fine. April comes and I'm still getting charged membership fees. I took it up with my bank as the only way to stop the charges as Anytime fitness won't answer their phone and I'm a few states away. Now it's June and I'm getting letters forwarded about late fees. I've called the gym numerous times to cancel after following their instructions to cancel in person months ago on top of leaving messages. Now this gym is flat out stealing from me. Still an unresolved issue and I'm incredibly frustrated.

Great place to work out. Gym is a little dirty (dusty equipment). Plenty of equipment to get a great workout.

This anytime is a bit smaller than most of their other gyms. What needs to be addressed to make this close to 5 stars is the smell of the bathrooms. They smell like feet with a fungus and the air freshener is no match to win that odor battle. A little bleach would go a long way.
Also, the only adjustable bench they have is in desperate need of being replaced. This condition is borderline unacceptable given the price being paid to be in these gyms.

I have been with Anytime Fitness for about a year now. I travel all over the US and almost all of these gyms are excellent. This particular one is not. In fact, it is the only one I have been to which isn’t. They have equipment that has been in disrepair for almost a full year. I asked the manager about it. It is still in the same condition it has been in. It is not indicative of the other Anytime Fitness gyms I have been to.

Been a member for over 2 years and really enjoy the workouts. The gym is clean, bright and not crowded most of the time. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable ( esp Israel) and always willing to assist you if you need it. A few televisions and clocks would be nice additions.

Absolute joke of a company. I’ve been a member since 2019 and before this past month I would’ve recommended their gyms to most people. I’ve been to 5 different clubs in 2 different states and while the clubs are usually pretty small, they had everything I needed to workout and were never overly busy.Last week I tried to visit this location and my key fob wasn’t unlocking the door. I attempted to contact customer service and was informed they are only available on weekdays. Fine, no big deal, I’ll just wait a couple days and call. Finally got ahold of a customer service rep and she was rude and showed absolutely no inclination to want to help me. Turns out they shut down my home club and rather than just transferring my membership to the nearest club, they cancelled it. I received no indication that this was going to happen. The customer service rep said they sent a letter but I never received it.First off, I signed up for my membership in a club in California, I’ve never interacted with staff from the closed location here in Oregon and never gave any indication that I wanted my home club changed to the Oregon location. So obviously they’re capable of transferring your membership without asking for your permission. Secondly, when I asked if there was anyway to salvage my account, the customer service rep said no and that I would have to resign with a new club. I asked if I could keep my current rate and she said no, you would have to use the rate of the new club. I chatted with a worker at the new club and was informed that if I wanted to sign up it was gonna cost double what I was originally paying per month and I would have to lock myself into a year long contract.Predatory behavior and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody. I’ve been a member for almost 5 years and they’ve managed to sour my entire experience in the span of a week.

Went there on Saturday with another member. His key fob didn't work. The place is dirty. Some of the machines are broken. No hand soap in the bathroom. No hand sanitizer anywhere. No beverage cooler there. They need to do better with house keeping.

One less star because weight lifting equipment (as far as bar bells go) is very limited. HOWEVER whenever I come here around 6pm it's pretty dead so I don't ever need to worry about it being taken up.Would be really nice to have a legit stair master but the pedal stairs work too.Clean, quiet. Overall I'll come again if I'm in the area.
