I found this antique store in May of 2023. I have to say that the staff is extremely friendly. I have read reviews that say they discriminate against people of color and in my opinion this is simply not the case. My family is multi racial and they feels quite comfortable shopping at this store. We are always greeted as we enter and treated just as other customers are during check out. The store has a lot of theft going on so we willingly give them our big bags as instructed on the front door. I did notice others with backpacks but it’s obvious they slipped by the front desk staff because they asked everyone entering when we were at the desk. To conclude my review this is an awesome store with an amazing, diverse staff. If you’re looking for antique, vintage or oddities then this is your place.

I love this place! I worked here with my husband for 10 months and loved hearing all the stories people have as to why they buy certain items. There are over 50 vendors which are small business owners and depend on the employees to be kind and friendly. Plan to spend at least a couple of hours browsing this amazing shop and check out the local restaurants for lunch!

I am surprised when reading reviews of this store when people say the employees are racist. I personally worked the front counter and as a black man I disagree strongly that there is racial profiling or discrimination going on. The store policy is no backpacks allowed beyond the front counter and we depend on customers to be honest and place their big bags behind the counter with employees. If the store is busy then we can’t control what slips by. I loved working here and the vendors are amazing. There is a completely new staff and new inventory daily. Give them a try and judge for yourself.

Cool place, from very old to 80s collectibles, this spot has it all. I picked up an original print plus a neat watercolor piece both framed for less than 60 bucks!

I was hesitant to post this because I dislike negative posts but I truly think it should be made aware they racially profile people at this store. I read a few reviews about it and even one person defending them but later on mention they had to give up their bag ( she had a black husband btw) but noted other shoppers didn’t because “they must’ve slipped past the front” which is simply NOT the case. Im black and have 3 mixed children and this weekend we were asked to leave our bags at the front. Obviously we handed them over at first but we couldn’t help but notice not one but 4 white women had miniature backpacks on!! What!? Not to mention we watched an older woman probably over the age of 55 slip trinkets in her purse!!!! We left immediately after watching this encounter. Shame shame shame on you for making people of color feel uncomfortable. Especially when it be ur own kind smh ?

Great place to look for antiques as you'll find many different things here. The people who work here are very kind as well and don't mind answering questions. Not a place where you'll usually find really valuable items, but more niche collectibles. Good experience and fun to walk around!

We came here today to peruse. My daughter picked out a little train toy. We bring it to check out, and the lady at the register said it was $28. Okay, we talk her down to $23 (ridiculous price either way, it's a plastic train) here is the kicker: we bring it home and it is BROKEN! Which is why they hid part of the train behind the counter until you come up to pay. So, not even 3 hours later, we bring it back to return. She is extremely rude but agrees to store credit, and apparently there are "only certain things you can buy" with this "store credit" we pick out 2 things totalling $27 (when she originally tried to charge $28 - again - for a BROKEN plastic toy that is used.) She is again, extremely rude to my boyfriend and then says she has to "take a picture" of the items. She also took a picture of my boyfriend! Reading the reviews it seems like this is a racist profiling establishment. They also sell literal broken garbage and 90% of the things they sell are not antiques. I saw so many things from the brand Universal Threads, which is Target brand LOL. Do NOT come here, you're better off picking out trash from a dumpster!

Antique Mall Snider's Hill is a great place to go antique shopping. It doesn't look that big on the outside. But once you walk in, it's super big, there's even an upstairs. If you're going to pay a with card they do have a $0.50 charge if your purchase is under $10. There were plenty of cool and unique things there. Everything is priced and labeled, so you don't have to ask for the prices.

If you are a person of color please be aware of this establishment. Last summer and now again recently I had a problem with the skinny white lady at the front who always wears a hat. She wouldn’t let me and my toddler enter the store without taking my bag from me. It’s happened twice. She says she doesn’t allow backpacks in the store but it holds my child’s medical equipment. She took my bag from me and only me but while shopping 3 other people (white women) had their backpacks on. It’s so disgusting to be profiled like that. I tried to give you the benefit of the doubt but I’m ashamed I actually came back a 2nd time. So glad I did not purchase from you.

Great selection of unique items for a good price. The people who helped me at the front counter were very friendly and went out of their way to help me find the perfect gift for my sister. I will definitely come back the next time I'm looking for something to add to my house or need a special gift for someone.
