Auto Flatulence is more like it. Asked these guys to help me remove a trim piece so I can install my side steps. Bro has to literally take photos of my VIN to see if he can find manuals to do it then says he’ll get to me next week and to book it for a few hours. Told him a YouTube video shows a guy do it in 60 seconds just need a pry tool. Nope, not having it cuz they have to get their driveway paved????
I ended up yanking them off with my bare hands for free. Don’t waste your time with pansies for quick easy jobs where they wanna hose you for hours of work that takes minutes.

While I didn't wind up having work done here, I really appreciate the email conversations I had with this auto body shop. Communication was polite and helpful, and willing to work with me on doing some of the work ourselves to save money. I felt very comfortable in our interactions and if we had not decided to patch our car ourselves we would be going here.

WRT Andrews Auto Body Excellence: Ran into someone who had great total paint and was interested in the company for complete repaint. Stopped in for estimate and told estimate was $40 or was it $45. However due to charge for estimate I walked out. I've had plenty estimates for auto body and have never paid for that. Is this something new being practiced by all paint/body shops? I had work done on my 2916 Volvo year ago and was not charged for the estimate. Well maybe there are plenty places not charging estimates. Lost my business which could've been a complete repaint of my 92 Volvo 240.

This family owned and operated body shop is outstanding! They are friendly, competent, and most of all honest & transparent.The work they performed for me on my 2017 Audi A4 was superb. Better yet, the cost of the repair was 40% less than the shop just down the road.I can't say enough about their workmanship and honesty! Highly recommended!?????

Best shop in the Portland metro area! If you need any body work done with your vehicle, this is the place to take it. They do outstanding work, and my car looked brand new with their repair work. I have a rare classic car that involved in an accident. Andrews Auto Body is known for their quality work on classics. Rob did not disappoint!! Rob is fair and honest and does a GREAT job on classics. My car got the runaround by the insurance company. If it hadn't been for Rob and his wife, I would have a different experience to tell. Rob was on time with quotes AND the job, keeping me apprised of the situation, offering suggestions, and very relaxed but courteous help at all times I would have screamed. My car was in his shop for a fewvweeks longer because the insurance company dinked around. When they lost my car, for instance, Rob and I would call them repeatedly until my car was found and moved to his shop. His wife picked me up and drove me to my finished car today.
