This driver obviously hates his job. He threw our product at our door and when we confronted him he said we should order from the store next time. This in Beaverton Oregon and their warehouse is in Hillsboro Oregon. The last photo of our package being delivered is where he threw it from.

A surprising number of my orders seem to make it all the way to this location and then mysteriously get "delayed" until I have to have them refunded. Someone has sticky fingers at this location.

Just a really nasty miasma in this building. HR does not really bother to listen to you or what you’re talking about. They’d rather lie to you and pretend they don’t know what’s going on than actually try and put any effort into any sort of paperwork or anything. It seems like Amazon as a whole tries not to promote you out of being a seasonal employee and it’s definitely just so that they can put you at wherever warehouse they choose rather than one that would work best for your location and commute.

2nd Time they sent me my order, and the box was empty! I asked the driver and he said he got it from Hillsboro Shipment Facility, Sorting. This is unreal, They already stole $600 worth of goods from me. Amazon should look into whoever is sorting these orders.

I worked PDX-5 and EUG-5 but Hillsboro PDX-5 was by far the best facility. To be fair, this was pre pandemic and post pandemic so I don't know what's happening there now.

there drivers never follow delivery instructions and even tho they get offered bonuses to avoid complaints they dont seem to care i have had 5 packages if not more delivered to the wrong location even though everytime i have complained about and was promised it wouldnt happen again it does

8.2023 - Went downhill FAST during & after Covid. Lost MANY employees & Mgrs. No music. No warm up routine. No quality snacks. No decor. No smiles. No fun. Overnight shifts are ignored compared to day light shifts. It's a sad, sad work environment now. Extremely Disappointing. I loved PDX5. Now it's just a job. ?
