The staff is just non-existent here you can never get a cashier to be at the register when you are trying to check out. Then I had one lady give me an attitude because I waited for her to come out of the back room when she told me that there is a self-checkout but I have beer so I can't self checkout and why can't she just do her job?? they are never even in the store they're always hidden in the back somewhere I don't know what they're doing back there all the time it's pretty strange but this is easily the worst 7-Eleven. I go out of my way to drive farther to the one down the street because they actually have a cashier. The last time I went to this one I just left with all of my items sitting on the checkout because nobody came. The only thing you can rely on is a homeless person begging you for money when you leave

This place is great I'm with T-Mobile so I went in to get a free slurpee and then I asked for a few jalapenos in a dish and she agreed I think this place is great and I think the prices aren't too bad.

To the person with glasses working at 445am 2/23/24 - shame on you and Shane on your employers. My need for a restroom was real. You were the only open place and I was in a vulnerable moment because when you need a restroom, very few places can replace that. This employee didn't have the ability to look past the fact they have "no public restrooms". This must be a horrible place to work if an employee is more comfortable letting someone relieve themselves by a bush rather than break a rule by letting them use the restroom. What horrible bosses they must have. I hope one day this 7 eleven employee in the glasses is practically bursting and they come across the only place open and the employee just shrugs their shoulders and says .... But they have cameras watching so I can't. You could have. Yes, you could have. You must work for unreasonable horrid people or have a low functioning decision maker between your ears to have a clear conscience after that experience

Got 3 items, total was 6 bucks and some change gave the guy a $20 he gave me back $3. Then he told me I gave him a $10. Never going back

Your local 7-11 is a great place to get your own firstly made coffee, or get some nice cold slurpees. There are tons of snacks to choose from and they even have a variety of hot meals such as pizza, chicken and hot dogs.

Stopped bye to buy milk it was Dated 10/21 was 5 days passed due told clerk he laughed .was friendly but someone there not doing there job ...won't be buying milk again other then that store was clean neat clerk very friendly

Very poor customer service. When I pointed out to one of the three staff members that there were 8 people in line and one register, I was told...'it is shift change'. No apology. No attempt at a timeline. Just 'it is shift change'. Rather than trying to finish up quickly, he started counting slowly, looking right at my face. Then is started doing inventory. The third staff member just kept wandering back and forth behind the hot food.After I left, the rude staff member opened up the register. Good customer service means acknowledging the complaint, apologizing, and trying to fix it. This stores solution was to be rude.And from looking at other reviews, it does not appear that it was the first time and, Sadly, will not be the last

I just left this store and I am truly shocked as to how the cashier treats customers. She was a dark haired woman and I overheard her snapping at other customers, a fellow employee, and then she got snippy with me twice in a matter of 45 seconds. I will definitely not be visiting this store again when she is there.

the guy who works there today with the long beard was mocking a spanish speaker front of me in line. and was mocking a lady saying “oh are you sure you don’t want more, are you sure, You’re sure you don’t want more”extremely rude and i can tell you i’ll always be going to the 7/11 down the road on arrington now

Friday 8/19 around 3am I going to this store to buy some food , and ask to the person of name Scott about the hot dog container because didn’t find one and He answered in a very rude way that there is none and that if I wanted a hot dog I should use a bag in which the bread came wrapped, I asked him if he could give me a pizza container where they put the slides he told me no , however prepare the hot dog and buy other things like juices and snacks, he doesn’t offer me a bag to put all those things , customer service very bad with this person Scott works there
