Not a real 24 hour fitness. False advertising.

I used to go here 4x a week to swim. I have arthritis in my hips and swimming helps me keep mobile. With the constantly reduced hours it is harder to get a lane in the pool. Now they change weekend to 8am open time. Maybe the should just close the doors if they can't provide a clean facility with consistent hours and staff. Maybe management can go the extra mile for those loyal customers who have been coming for years and go open up at 6am on weekends at a minimum.

Worst 24 Hour Fitness I have ever been to. I paid for a full year since I could come in at 4am, do my workout, shower and get dressed for work and be in and out by 5:30 to get to work by 6am. They CHANGED THE HOURS! They open at 5am weekdays and 8am on weekends and close at 9pm. Many times employees show up late and lines of people waiting for over an hour in the parking lot. The mens locker room at 5am is constantly dirty floors, TP all over the place, Dust, Lint, dirt on floor and pools of standing water, just nasty. The steam room was a huge draw for me and I can't use it because it always smells like mildew. Always a few of the old outdated machines broken. I am taking the loss on my year long membership and going to another Gym that is cleaner with more consistent hours. Employees are nice but they need to show up so they don't inconvenience all their members. 24 Hour Fitness needs to close this location or step up and live up to expectations.

Disability accommodations have been ignored, because someone didn’t appear disabled.
Request for accommodation was made in January and followed up 11 times since.
Reaching out to corporate yielded an email about “feelings”. Emre replied, “Im sorry you feel…” I didn’t email about feelings. I emailed about issues, occurrences, and concerns related to disability and racism. Corporate should do a better job of training management to avoid mistakes like this.
After the racism, now there are issues about disabled members being able to use the facilities.
Shame on Daniel.
Shame on Emre.
I expected more from 24Hour Fitness.
Please don’t reply with “we needed to order the part,” because when I reported the issue in January, Daniel sent a former employee to talk to me. I showed her the issue. The next day, the accessible handle was completely disengaged. Overnight it went from disrepair to completely broken. They literally broke it off as a way to resolve the issue. Daniel called this an “in house repair”.
I followed up with Daniel in February, and he said Tim was looking into it.
I followed up with Daniel in April, he said Tim had been “back there a few times looking into it”.
When I spoke with Daniel in March, I asked him if the accommodation was reasonable, because it had been greater than 60 days. I didn’t want to assume disabled members were not valued at this 24 Hour Fitness location.
My last conversation with Daniel was in April. I asked Daniel for an update. When I told him I have suffered due to their negligence he replied GOOD. I was shocked and asked if he meant that. He snickered and said “no, it’s good to put a face to the disability.”
Make that make sense.
All disabilities aren’t visible at all times.
Shame.

24hour fitness....open 5am to 9pm....????.
And on the weekend 8am to 8pm. I was happy at this gym but these hours make it useless to me. Time to move on.

Not a good place to join the gym. Seems like run by private people. Gym is closing too early and membership price is the same. I don’t have transportation to go to other location seems like they are forcing people to join the other gym. Not good experience as a customer.

Force people to go other location gym by closing early 8 pm from Friday to Sunday and 10 pm other days but they are charging same. Not a good customer service.

24 hours should change its name to 12 hours because they are cutting the hours to exercise, planet fitness has better schedules.

This is the worst of all 24hours gyms, machines are so old and ALWAYS broken.
ridiculous how much they charge to not be a 24 hour gym anymore. It should be illegal for them to keep the 24hours name since they're Not delivering the services they claim. I wish someone would open a real 24 x 7 gym like this company used to be.

The manager, Daniel, has received prior complaints about Omelette’s (pronounced Om- Lay’s) racist and rude behavior. We are all aware of the history of slavery and racism in this country. Several weeks ago, Omelette (pronounced OM-lay) had the audacity to mimick cracking a whip at a black lady leaving the club at 9:58pm, boasting “I said I would get the ______ out.”Moments earlier, that night, Omelette (pronounced OM lay) made 9 announcements after 9pm and aggressively warned people to leave at 10. She policed the sauna and ladies locker rooms, and warned people they didn’t have time to shower after 9:30. GET YOUR STUFF AND GET OUT by 10.She then bragged to bystanders at the front desk and laughed about her egregious behavior.Daniel, the manager, was informed. Her behavior improved temporarily.Last night, 3/13/24, Omelette (pronounced OM-lay) made 13 announcements that the gym would be closing at 10. She entered the women’s locker rooms 7 times after 9:15 to warn people they didn’t have time to talk, stand around, or do anything else but shower, get their items, and get OUT BY 10.She even locked the doors early. My friend who is disabled was struggling in the locker room, and Omelette wouldn’t let me in to help her at 9:40. The club is closed! It was 9:40 and the doors were locked. I just needed to drop medicine off. After the gym closed a few of us met and talked about the little lady who was so shaken by her interaction with Omelette, that she dropped her shower caddy, then left crying because she didn’t think she had enough time to shower or the girl would be mad and yell again. And it was only 9:34 when Omelette yelled orders at her. She is practicing for the Navy at 24 Hour Fitness. Seriously, she was so mean, and there was clearly a language barrier, but Omelette was glad to break a few yolks. Omelette went in again and again and again and insisted it was not her problem if people weren’t showered and dressed because the club was closing and they were getting out at 10. They could dress in their cars in the parking lot. As one person did.Omelette was very condescending, and borderline predatory. Revisiting the ladies locker room every few minutes to stalk members and monitor activity is ludicrous behavior and can’t be part of the 24Hour Fitness employee training.Rudeness is insufferable.Racism is intolerable. This is an easy fix for a manager who wants eliminate hostility…Re-educateRe-trainIf necessary, release the repeat offender.

They let me have energy drinks from the fridge, as long as I gave them something to keep and paid them back later. Great service, and good people who workout here. I definitely recommend
