This place is a freaking joke! Went there to send off a return to Amazon, it was in a box and had the label on my phone, the lady said they can't print out labels and can only do the QR coded ones. Cool whatever. Came back with another return this time had the QR code and this time she said they can't do those either!!? What kind of flipping place is this!? They literally do nothing for people

The absolute worst delivery service I have ever experienced bar none. We have had a project on Powerline Road for the last 8+ months and have not once had a package delivered to our site despite every package having our company name, site points of contact, a 4 ft. x 8 ft. sheet of plywood with the address and site name posted out at the road, and our company name (who the packages are addressed to) on a tarp across the side of our trailers. Drivers will take packages for all of the different contractors working in the area and dump them at one office trailer location MILES down the road and either a.) forge signatures of who the delivery was addressed to, b.) take a picture of proof of delivery up so close that you cannot determine where it was delivered, or c.) just drop off the package and note on the "received by" portion of the tracking that they dropped it off at a completely different company (that is labeled nowhere on the shipping information UPS has). We have attempted calling customer service and have gotten nowhere besides getting routed to automated call centers with no apparent way to resolve the issue. Could not be less impressed with the level of service and really wish there was a way to contact UPS to try and work with them to resolve the issue.

The front desk associate whom normally works there is quite helpful and friendly. The lady working there now, not so much. I hope the other lady is just on vacation.

I had an amazon order that needed a signature and I wasnt home to receive it ,so my order was sent back to the UPS store. I went to the store to see if I can pick it up and they weren't sure where it was but Sharrel was kind enough to keep looking for it . 10 minutes later I had my package in my hands ! Awesome customer service experience. So happy I got my stepsons gift in time ???

Someone obviously not doing their job here. I order through USPS 10 packages and they all show up on time and the 1 through UPS gets “stuck between two places” (someone forgetting to load it or sort a truck) after coming in at 1245am and now I have to wait an entire day extra to get my package. Let’s hope it actually shows up.
