The worst mistake of my life, buying a forest river rv. We have had nothing but trouble and it has been in the shop more than we have had it.

Just to give you a heads up when you’re buying A Cherokee make sure that one year manufacturers warranty does not link back to this facility and its address because if it does and you actually have to use the warranty to replace a faulty part good luck getting reimbursed they don’t return phone calls they ignore your Emails and when you finally do get a hold of an actual person in the warranty department you got to start the process all the way over because you’re not in the records because nobody actually Follows up on your first original warranty reimbursement submitted via email so you start the whole process all over again then you go back to been ignored no return emails no return phone calls basically hoping you will just go away

Bought a 2015 Vibe 26RBK it is now 5 years old and we have had nothing but trouble, since the first time we used it always an adventure as to why will fall apart or break on our next trip.I have spent over $5000.00 on repairs, screws falling out, screws 1or two screw hole not lining up curtain hardware not installed evenly and constantly needing replaced I could go on and on but overall cheap material and bad workmanship very unhappy with Forest River. Sticker on the side says “ Proudly Made in the USA “ if you can’t live up to that don’t put it on the trailers STAY AWAY FROM FOrest River

Bought a Grey wolf 23 DBH. So may issues, wish had never bought it. Slide out not properly installed. Axles not aligned correctly. Refrigerator is broken. Paneling and trim keep falling off. Windows do not open correctly. When sun hits the doors the swell and jam shut. Would give zero stars if I could.

I like how all the 4-5 star reviews are all from employees.

Worked here for 1 day and left because I couldn't put my name on the kind of product that is made out of this factory. The materials that are used are on the cheaper if not cheapest end and if you pay bananas you get monkey's to work for you. They push quantity way above quality and it's not the employees fault for the most part. When you have to push out 9 trailers in an 8 hour work day, with not enough employees, that's what happens and why they do 9 a day is a question to me because they close the plant so often because the demand goes down. Somehow they missed the concept that if you put out good quality, you have good word of mouth and make more money for selling less product, eventually making more money to put out more "quality" products.
