Horrendous experience. We were so excited to get out of town and this seemed like a great option, given the price and reviews. It was a nightmare. When we first walked into our room, we were hit with a scent of strong, unpleasant chemicals. The latch on the back door didn't work and therefore was 'locked' by using a wooden stick placed in the frame of the door. The mattress was lopsided/slanting. We had to kill two spiders in the bathroom. The towels & washcloths had a very musty smell. And, worst of all - there were very clearly many open rooms during our visit; unfortunately, there was a group of 5-7 people in the room directly above ours partying until 3am (turned out to be a bachelor party). The walls and floors in this motel are paper thin - you can literally hear full conversations as well as every step someone takes. This truly ruined the weekend for us (we were in town for the PNW half-marathon - getting 3 hours of sleep made for a brutal morning). The one positive was the woman working at the front desk. She was very pleasant and super nice. Sadly, they don't have staff there for assistance after 6pm (we called the front desk three times in an attempt to change rooms with no luck). You'd be much better off spending a few extra bucks and getting an AirBnB or another hotel in the area. If you decide to test your luck and give it a shot, I'd suggest requesting a room on the top floor.Rooms: Very low/poor quality

POOL CLOSED ON WEEKENDS AND ONLY OPEN TILL 6:00 PM ON WEEKDAYS We found this place on a camping website called "the dirt". In which the first picture that came up on the advertisement was a beautiful seen of a pool and hot tub on the river. When we arrived we discovered that the pool is closed on the weekend no ware on the website did they say it would be closed. The whole reason we booked this hotel was for the pool and hot tub. They even told us that the RV spot was near the pool and failed to mention that the pool would be closed during our stay. The woman who checked us in was extremely kind and even requested to the manager to let us sign a waver to let us use the pool.

I am part of a work crew, and we spend three weeks in Linn County every summer. This season, we found Life Northwest, and this motel is hands down my favorite. A sentiment shared by everyone I spoke with on our crew. Kelly and the front desk staff are amazing. They make you feel so welcome and at home, which is a real treat when you spend the kind of time we do in motels. The rooms are very clean, nicely decorated and the furniture gives you a real home feel. All of the little things are great, water pressure, parking, quiet, and the view is amazing. My room has a small deck overlooking the Willamette river. I almost hate to post this review as this is the kind of place I will return to any time I am in the area. It's a hidden gem so I selfishly hope it doesn't become so popular I can't get a reservation...lol!The rooms have quality toiletries, coffee makers, and refrigerators. I have nothing but good to say about Life Northwest. Thank you for hosting our crew this season. I hope we get to stay with you next summer.

Life Northwest is in a beautiful, quiet setting right by the river. There was a nice pool and hot tub also. It's a very peaceful place and I've always enjoyed staying there. They accommodated every need for extra things that I needed. Extra coffee, extra water, extra creamer, etc.It was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in! I even lifted up the sheet to see if I could find a brand on the mattress or topper! Also my "neck" is very particular about pillows. The pillow was amazing! I had family members staying there as well who also loved it.

Had a great experience staying here for 2 nights. Super convenient as it is close to family we have in Harrisburg. Room was clean and very sufficient. Would have loved some blackout curtains on the smaller window in the vanity area off the restroom. What a gorgeous view of the river! It was so nice to walk over from our room and enjoy the view and the sound of the water gurgling. Not sure when the pool is open for use, I didn't ask, but the jacuzzi appeared to be on.Price is very reasonable, and accommodations comfortable! Recommend.

The registration was easy and the front desk person was super kind. The place is really affordable and there are lots of amenities. I only stayed one night but would stay again for sure (class b rv).

Such an amazing place to stay during our gathering. They were kind and sweet and we would stay with them again in a heartbeat. Very helpful staff and easy check in. We loved the room and the accommodations that we received. If you have a group gathering and need places to stay look no further!!!

We stayed in March 2023 for a wedding at Life Bible Church. The cost for 2 adults was very economical and the room was clean and quiet The beds were comfortable. We highly recommend and will be back!

Rooms: Just a beautiful view of the river and wonderfully cozy room. Amazing for the price!Noteworthy details: Although, the bathroom door doesn't lock, so careful if you have kids! The bathtub makes up for that though.

We have rented event space here several times, for a family reunion, a wedding anniversary and graduation party, and a school dance. The property and building are beautiful the price is very affordable, service is great. It is always clean and Life NE offers the use of chairs, tables, linens, and decor. We will continue to use this facility!

This hotel was a breath of fresh air after a string of very yucky stays across the country. The town is very small but this hotel hit the spot. The beds are plush and SO soft. Everything was very clean. The staff was super kind and very accommodating. Cant forget about the view! You can see the river from the upstairs rooms its so beautiful!- stay here rather than in Eugene and support a small town!

RV Park, motel & Church. The CHURCH controls everything. Evidently there are amenities BUT for the church members only. I'm not a member so -- This review is of the Park. Big spots with 50/30 amp. Wifi at the church, (unable to connect at spots). There is a closed pool (unless church is using then it closes again) Laundry has 3w3d, tables & hanger rack and bathroom/shower, and Always clean. Unfortunately people drive through the park too fast. More traffic than most rv parks because of the church. Most of the staff are friendly. There's always that 1... I've not seen a separate dump station for travelers. Water is Not potable, but it's the area and not the parks fault. The concrete company across the street starts their workday around 3am. No designated off-leash area for dogs, but plenty of room to run. Close to the river and all it offers.

This place is so nice and clean. If you get a Riverview, the view is amazing and if you get a second story there's even a balcony you can sit on to overlook the river. The rooms come with coffee mini fridge and the staff don't intrude your space without permission. The front counter staff is very helpful and go out of their way to answer any and all of your questions. I would recommend this place to anyone passing through. If you have any questions call them for a reservation because the website that you find online is not their current information. And the pictures on the website are outdated it looks way better on the inside now.

Nice quiet place to stay. The staff was caring and we rather enjoyed seeing the cross lit up at night on the church. Thank you!

This is a local church / conference center which has an on-site hotel and FHU RV sites. Most are back-in sites, but they do have 4 pull-thru's. The sites are all paved, with plenty of room for most rigs plus a vehicle. Many of the sites are seasonals, and long-term stays require reservations well in advance. I was able to obtain a 2-week reservation for October which I secured online in early April. The facility is quiet and peaceful. Trains can be heard passing through town, but that is not bothersome. The staff are friendly and were quick to resolve the situation when I let them know of a problem with the water spigot on my site. I would certainly stay here again when in the area.
