Great work, transparent and efficient. Literally showed me the air leaking from my system ; explained all work. Wonderful job adjusting front door, opens with first pull. Jacks work beautifully awning woks as should. They really did an awesome job, tidying up wires with zip ties and cleaning everything up. Much appreciated well worth traveling from Washington to have them do my repairs Provided overnight parking with electric making it very convenient. ThanksServices: Steering & suspension repair

I talked over the phone and went over a plan on how to diagnose my system to possibly find the problems.

We made the trek from Utah to have Elite fix the belt line on our 2008 Monaco Dynasty coach. While there, we discussed a faulty clock spring, ie no wipers or horn. They were able to get one overnighted from the east coast, and installed for us before we headed back to Utah. Really nice crew! Thanks for everything, Mark!Service: Body & Trim

I have been using elite for almost 10 years. Your service and attention to detail has been nothing less than outstanding. They have discovered potential water leaks before serious damage was done. They become like family but most of all they are the best service oriented RV repair shop anywhere.

Personal service from guys with experience working for RV manufacturers. These guys have integrity which is hard to find. We've been coming back for our yearly check up and repairs for 3 years. Many returning customers so make your reservations get your big rig checked out. They have huge parking areas. If you do need to stay overnight there are 50amp hookup and water.

The boys at Elite Coach Renovation and Repair have done jobs on our trailer and our Motor Home . I would hate to think of where we would be without them. Always there to help with repairs or just a helping hand.

BUYER BEWARE- Elite does not stand behind their work or supply warranty service for parts they install. After being an Elite customer since 2015 and spending over $10,000, Elite refused to replace a part under warranty because the manufacturer Lippert required Elite to pay for the product upfront. We traveled 500 miles from California to have other work done on our 2004 Monaco Dynasty by Elite in August when it was discovered that an electric bedroom slide had failed. The slide crept out about an inch. We were told by Mark and the guys that it needed to be replaced before heading back home. We were delayed for an additional 10 days while the part was made back east. We paid Elite $1,200 for the part and labor. Now back home 2 months later, the part has failed. I sent Mark a video clip showing the motor mechanism creeping back out 1 inch. At first Mark appeared like he was going to help, but then after talking to Lippert he now said he would require the coach to be driven back up to his shop in Harrisburg. he knew this was impossible for us. He would rather have us risk possible injury and damage to our coach. Driving 500 miles over Mount Shasta at 6,000ft on a windy mountain pass would surely create a hazardous condition for us and other vehicles. We requested him to ship us the part, but he refused claiming his "hands were tied" as Lippert required the coach to be there. He suggested we get a local shop, even though he knew most shops would refuse because they wouldn't want to pay out of pocket for a customer they didn't know. Long story short. Elite LIED. Lippert did not require the coach to be there. The video clearly showed the part failed. Lippert immediately sent us the part without cost to us. Elite has such little regard for regular paying customers. It they are not making their overpriced hourly rate of $155 an hour, they won't put forth the effort to help and would even lie to create an excuse to not provide warranty service. If you are travelling from out of state to get service from them, I would think twice. There are far better choices than to pay their premium labor rate which is more than any shop in the area when they provide unethical service.

these guys have worked on my Aunt and uncles Monaco Windsor and on my mom and dad's Monaco Diplomat for a few yrs before I took it over then they began a new journey of working on my Newmar Essex and have always done an excellent job. The Newmar has many different aspects to it that the guys were not used to working on but have never shied away from and had no problem having a Newmar certified tech work alongside them in their shop. Most recently I had them design and build a custom desk that was beyond almost impossible as Newmar does not let out their secrets on design or color but after several trial and errors Marty hit it out of the park. Even though he had to do several makes they didn't charge me other than the original quote. I will continue to see these guys until they no longer wish to keep repairing my AWNINGS Laffin inside joke kind of. I make a trip at least once a yr to either just stop in and visit for a day or two but usually have them help me with upgrades and or maintenance on my coach. Without these guys I'm not sure where I would go or who I would trust with my coach they are always fair with their quotes and pricing and the workmanship and craftsmanship is topnotch. In addition to learning about my coach themselves they have helped me in understanding the differences between my Newmar and the Monaco and have helped me in learning allot of the little maintenance upkeeps without having to use Newmar techs for. Not exactly sure where I would be today without Eric, Mark and Marty's help other than probably in debt out my backside paying manufacture prices.

UPDATE-We took our coach to have the new Lippert motor installed only to find out we did NOT need a new motor. Mark at Elite was in such a hurry to install the motor that he forgot to turn the brake lever to engage the slide out brake on the motor to operate automatically when sliding in or out. His error in installation is what caused the slide to out creep. Not only did we lose 3 months use of our coach for his screw up, we are also out an additional $140 for fuel and shop rate labor. What is most upsetting is traveling 500 miles over a windy 6,000 ft mountain pass thinking our slide out was fixed when it was not. We were lucky that our slide out did not fly out going around turns and create a tragic situation. I would think long and hard before I would let Mark work on your coach. His carelessness and lack of concern shows in his work.
