Online hours posted open until 2:45 pm. Arrived about 2:20 pm and it was closed. I usually try to look up the hours online before heading there because it seems the hours are always changing. I am quite disappointed.

Website said open, closes at 2:45. Drove from Crescent city to find sign on building saying temporarily closing at 1:30 due to staffing and training or some ****! UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE!

I ship often, this is my go to place. Great customer service. My only wish is that they were open longer during the day. It is hard to make it there during the work week.

I pay for UPS shipping because it’s superior, not for you guys to sublet jobs to USPS who loses/steals/returns my packages w no notification. Really disappointed. This is worse than when you guys mis delivered my package and then asked me to go fetch it. You guys have some great employees like Mr.Foley who delivers to my work, but I guess I’ll have to solely use FedEx moving forward.

The guy at the front desk is so pleasant and polite. He’s nice no matter how long the lines are and keeps plugging away at helping people as best he can which makes it worth the wait.

I have had 3 orders be returned to sender because they tell my address doesn't exist but I can get FedEx and UPS packages with out any issues and then you call the post office to talk them and it goes to voice-mail . very poor customer service
