Wish I could give this business a better rating, as I've used their services several times now while in the area without incident. An overall decent place for what it is despite the over-priced machines but unfortunately, I had an experience that was simply uncalled for. An older, heavyset, female employee was not just rude to me this morning, but blatantly insulting. Not being laundromat savvy & just using the facility during a camping/remote working adventure, I asked a simple question regarding the change machine. She proceeded to not only mock the way I was inserting the coins, but proceeded to blame me for the obviously old machine jamming & scolding me repeatedly. I said very little although I was shocked at her behavior, then walked away with a smile, reminding her to "choose happy". I travel often & rarely run into such unhappy & inconsiderate humans, so I hope this establishment considers this review & more carefully selects its team members.

Good location. Lots of different types of machines. Change machine on site. Reasonable prices. Hot driers.

I don't normally visit laundromats, only when on vacation. We were camping at Alfred a Loeb State Park and had to do some laundry. I was able to find at the laundromat quickly I'm not too far from the campsite. People here were friendly, minding their own business, and answering questions if I had any. It is in the shopping center that doesn't have too many stores to go into, but I was able to find a local pet store to get some treats for my puppy. There are single load machines, double load machine, and a triple load machines. I only used the single load machine since I had two small loads to do. Some people shared that the double and triple load machines were very good. There's a nice assortment of vending machines and a change machine that makes change for bills and dollar coins. Overall this was a nice laundromat. Could use a tiny bit of tidying up but in general it was pretty clean and efficient.

Very dirty softener compartments in the large machines. I mean super gross. See pic. Ewwww. Place is clean enough and the machines appear to work well. Someone needs.to clean these machines. Also I put the soap in compartment 1 and watched it for 15 minutes. Never saw water come in from that way, so I had to wash my soap into the machine with water. Luckily I had a cup. Great change machine and dollar coins make it smart. Will change stars when machines aren't gross.

This is a very good laundromat. It is brightly lit, spacious with lots machines. All the machined we looked in were clean. Highly recommend this laundromat.

I'm a little confused about which facility I should be reviewing, because this is the correct address and the photos look correct however it is next to a Felys Café. Based on what I've read elsewhere, this seems to be the new location for the Felys laundromat. (?) Pros: lots of washers and dryers all of which seem to be working, at a reasonable price. Cons: when I opened up the washer I actually considered taking my laundry back to the car. The rubber seal on the inside was covered with mold. I checked a few just in case it was just the one. It wasn't. I'm traveling and didn't have much of a choice so I convinced myself that none of it would be touching my clothing. When the cycle finished I removed my clothing very carefully so as not to touch that part of the washer. I would not do my laundry here again.
