They did not want to go through the trouble of transferring my prescriptions from another pharmacy in a different state. They wanted me to call all my different doctors and have them contact Rite Aide directly. I went down the road to Fred Meyers and they had no issues transferring my scripts. The pharmacist at Rite Aide is just lazy, so they lose business.

Fast, friendly, efficient pharmacy staff. Wait time is far superior to local competitors. The only reason for 4, not 5 stars is transitioning to bring on support staff is sometimes slow.

I live in Crescent city and my prescription was called in to this pharmacy however they don't answer or hang up. I know they're busy but why don't their recording say we don't answer our phones or we just hang up? So I guess I'm supposed to drive 45 miles round trip just to find out if my prescription is ready? Terrible!
