He was extremely kind and helped us for what seemed like over an hour or maybe even longer. He never pushed or rushed us. We ended up buying an iPad and Jeff even gave up his lunch and stayed with us while the info was transferred to the new iPad. The guy gave up his lunch! That is old fashioned service that is almost non-existent in today’s world.”

Everyone leaves with a smile on their face even if they come in grouchy. He sets everything up on your phone for you, so you don't have to. Little old Ladies bake him cookies, people open the door just to give him a friendly shout out on their way by. He needs a raise! He deserves a gold star for his forehead!
