This place is horrible!!!!!! $70.00 for a pedicure and French gel polish. Didn’t even last two weeks. Don’t waist your money here they used a dremel to remove the gel I got on April 17th that lasted until July10th. I had them redone only because the nails grew out.

I had a pedicure. I was then passed off to another lady for the gell french manicure. It chipped on many toes first night. They did offer to fix, however, I am a working woman and my time is precious. I will not be giving them a second chance especially after readying many reviews. The cost $70.

Don't go here for acrylics. They are so uneven and crooked. She did the total opposite of what I asked for and wouldn't listen to me when I told her I didn't want that. And she made me pay $70 it's such a rip off

Poor customer service. The women here don't allow you to speak or disagree with a finding. They assume you're going to complain and they won't allow you to finish a sentence. On several occasions, my friends and I have noticed that they only cater well to the older white female population. They act very prejudice. Please know the difference between racist and prejudice before you dismiss this review. I can't prove that they are racist but they sure act similar to those who are. The quality of service here is not even that good. They need to allow paying customers to make decisions about what they want for their nails and not them making all the decisions for something that you don't want. They are just not consistent with they're professionalism. ONE STAR is very appropriate for this business.

Made an appt for dual pedicures. The gal fixed an ingrown nail for my mate. Several days later his toe was feeling much better. The two ladies that work there were nice and we both had a good experience. It's not a fancy salon but the massage chairs are nice and the leg massage was great. We would go back.

Poor job asked her to cut them down and she admonished me for waiting until she was done. I did not have the choice. There are cooked sides and she did not bother to clean out underneath the nails. Then passed me off to another lady to paint them. I can see the white undercoat sticking out from the edges and there are bubbles in the thumb nail. To top it off I believe I was completely overcharged ??

Place is awful. Yellow crust on pedicure tub jets. Not properly sanitized as I sat there and watched the older lady “clean” the bucket. Awful smell walking into salon. And polish selection is old and crusty. Also not professional brands. Place was totally outdated and disgusting. Woman also tried to use an old nail file on my nails that had dried blood on it!! Polish job was absolutely sloppy. No Pedicure massage. Left looking worse than when I came. Do NOT go here. Health code violations every where. I will be contacting Oregon State Board of Cosmetology in Salem Oregon.Services: Nail painting

Just not happy with my nails. I made an appointment DAYS in advance. I asked for a certain style and showed her a picture. She said she could do it. Then when I am in the seat she changes her mind and tells me I should have requested more time, refuses to give me what I asked for (which was a simple pink and white ombre). Instead I came out with very basic white tips (some which are torn/ cracked but used anyway by slapping acrylic on them). Clear acrylic with bubbles/ indentations. Gel which cured with ridges. And superglue adhered to my thumb which I had to pry off in chunks. Just an overall shoddy job. It ruined my day and I almost started crying at how disappointed I was. I asked for something, she said she could do it, but she gave me what SHE wanted. It hasn't even been 24 hours - I can't stand these and am soaking them off. To make matters worse, she adds a $3 up charge simply because I used my debit card. Really? This is 2023! I always go for the underdog and rarely post bad reviews but this was a waste of $120. Funny thing is I would have gladly paid DOUBLE if she just was able to do a QUALITY job. I am sorry i have to post this but you would have earned my respect had you at least been truthful and said "no, I cannot do ombre nails."

Salon filthy. Got toe and fingernail fungus. Took 4 hours, from a caring, sterile salon to remove the inferior acrylic products. Golden Nails employees are nice, but dangerous to long term nail health.
