Rude customer service over the phone. Unhappy with the lack of knowledge and information. Refused to give me her name then shut off my phone immediately after talking to her.Edit to update in the reply: this is the store management as far as I'm concerned. Any employee behind the counter can't do their job and have to call a manager who can't help until they're at work on Saturday? Why are they even open then if the employees can't do their job?Edit: follow up another week later, place refuses to service me because I wrote this google review. Horrible service from all managers and employees.

Not very friendly customer service! Wouldn't answer any questions or explain anything and she didn't seem like she wanted to be there at all. She seemed bored and like "omg there's a customer dang I have to deal with them. Now what do they want?" Like we bothered her.

Always cordial and totally accommodating. They get the job done no matter what it takes. I had been with Cricket for many years in Florida and was very happy when a Cricket store opened up in Harbor.

Had an absolutely appalling experience at the cricket harbor location. Recently switched phones carriers to cricket, went into the store to have them set up my service, after waiting in line for a good while while they were with another customer they said they were closing when they finally got done and got to me. They told me to go to Fred Meyer and get the sim card activation kit and service plan and to come back and they could help set it up in minutes another day or we could set it up ourselves since they were closing and didn't have what we'd need in stock but apparently Fred Meyers had just gotten shipment. I verified that I would have wifi calling and be able to keep my number, they said no problem. Went to fred meyer got what they recommended, followed the setup for setting up the phone. Needed to do it that day to stay in service and to make sure I could keep my number because it needed to be transferred while th number was still in service according to the website to keep the same number. Figured I could go into the store if I had any issues, especially since I was following their explicit directions. The payment card wasn't working so I paid again for service plan with my regular card and figured I'd take the other card to the store and let them know it didn't work. Phone set up was working fine except with the data stopped working and some people said they couldn't leave voice-mail. Called customer service, just needed to manually turn data back on, no big deal. Voice-mail seemed to be working after verifying over the phone. Mycricket app stopped working, they tried to reenter my account and changed my login info and logged me into the wrong account. I notified them and they said they'd call me back and put it in my notes. After hanging up my phone service stopped completely, said sim card couldn't access voice so I couldn't receive calls or log into the app to resolve. Went into the store to recieve help, the manager Marcos didn't seem to know what he was doing, called his manager Jose to get info to reset sim card. He tried and it didn't work. We tried to access my account and couldn't and my number came up for a different name so he had me call customer service. They couldn't access my account because they changed my pin and what they had sent me was no longer valid nor was the pin I had set up. The security questions were never what I had set up. My service and number were canceled and given to someone else within the 2 hours of getting off the phone and coming in and my account was no longer accessible although my autopay was still enrolled. So now my service was cancelled even though I paid twice for service and they wouldn't refund me for any service, and I couldn't use my service plan card without a phone number. They had given away my phone number and wouldn't be able to get it back and if I wanted to reactivate service I would need to pay for another sim since mine was cancelled and the customer service line had already closed and either way could access my account without verifying my identity even after I showed id. Marcos then questioned my identity rudely. Said I'd have to pay again and I forfeited the 2 plans I had already paid for since they were a prepaid service that got canceled, that my number was not accessible nor my account and it wasn't his fault and he couldn't do anything except charge me again to set up another plan. I have already lost $110 to this scam and refuse to pay more for them to keep taking from me. Will have to cancel bank cards to cancel autopay since my account no longer exists, have to change carriers and my number again, all my business cards, notify over 600 clients of a number change, have to notify multiple businesses, hospital, schools, family, websites, etc. of this unwelcome change that I had verified before I changed carriers. A complete disruption of my life without so much of an apology, just a "not my fault" and "you can pay for everything again.&

I have been to the kricket location in Brooking more times than I can count. The employee's have been so helpful and patient with me. I never leave there frustated and not knowing what to do. Very appreciative of all the help they have given me.

I had an excellent experience with a with a staff and the manager excellent he helped me out with my phone going through all the steps and the whole crew here made me feel very comfortable and the phone is in excellent phone the best I've ever had.

These guys are great! I wanted a certain phone at another company that they had but they wouldn’t sell it outright to me and wanted me to sign a 2 year lease contract. I not only got the phone I wanted straight up, but they had a sale that I got it for $100 less than the other company. Service works great and I saved quite a bit on my phone bill with way more data.

We had an awesome experience with the crew at cricket! They let my daughter color on the chalkboard and kept her busy while my wife and i set up new service with them! They made the process painless and super fast! Definitely referring friends to cricket! Keep up the awesome customer service guys! Also had a dance party on the Bluetooth speaker! Lol
