Service was friendly and informative. Would be a 5* if they weren't so short-staffed. I waited over an hour. Comcast pretty much has a monopoly on ISP, why don't they hire more talent?

Horrible service! Even the manager there can't issue credits or repay what you have stolen from me. Your online system is completely broken at my expense. I updated my credit card info and then got shut off. Guess what my credit card was there so why did you charge my old credit card and then shut me off and charge me $20? So then my $80 gig internet expired and you charge me $122 a month super awesome deal I might add 50% increase. I selected a new plan onlinefor $70 with adding my checking account direct deposit. You changed my plan without informing me and are charging $122 again why? I had to go into the store which is so very very stressful due to your system, lack of caring, and I know you guys are incompetent. I had to fire you today as. Aser ice provider because you're steeling my money and then telling me it's the system and there is nothing that you can do. So embarrassing that every single customer hates you guys and you steal from me right in front of my face and then tell me nobody in the store can do credits or anything to make it right. Why do you even have workers that can't even do their job? SMH. Oh I forgot to add how it took months and over 12 hours calling customer service to get refunded for selling me gig internet service with a modem only capable of 400mb vs the gig speed you were charging me for bad upsold me. You told me my modem would handle the speeds. A third of my contract robbed and lied to. Tough luck for me though right? I had to do my own due diligence to figure it out. You're pitiful excuse is you can't see what modem I have etc, but that's all BS because you have to enter my owned modem information in to even have it registered etc. you know what modems have what speed capability, stop playing stupid. Just horrible and sickening the way you guys treat your paying customers and just slap them in the face and say take it.

Why is this location always understaffed? Why long lines of people waiting? They outsource customer services to other countries, who give inaccurate information! See photo…this was a bogus plan ?

I've been twice at this office in different years and both times the customer service was just horrible. Both in terms of the actual help and in terms how they speak with customers. I'm not even sure if the employees are lacking competence and tech skills and hiding this behind the arrogant attitude or simply disliking me for whatever reason. Shortly: I asked them to help me to get the e-Sim, but got interrogated about where I got my phone and shown the same error message I've already seen myself before coming. Not looking forward to ever going back there.

Highly recommend using any other service than Xfinity. If they are your only option DO NOT get the storm ready wifi, not only do they mislead you about being to cancel for free at any time, but the storm ready wifi can't even load a Google search. DO NOT believe them when they tell you that you can cancel at any time for free. They will send you an email after you purchase your service telling you that you will have to pay $252 if you cancel.

I had a great experience at this store working with Erin! She was so lovely and helpful and very thorough with answering my questions and making sure I had all the info I would need to make setting up my internet and phone easier! She definitely made my experience at xfinity that much better!

I need new service. After NOT making any progress by phone, I go to the local store. THEY HAVE AT LEAST A 45 MINUTE WAIT, because they only have 2 employees and more than 20 "customers" waiting.
This company is a JOKE.

horrible customer service I was there for almost and hour and when the text said ready had to wait 20 mins to be seen but saw 3 people get seen ahead of me makes no sense i feel they choose there customers also internet drops and phone service sucks compared to T mobile
