Service was friendly and informative. Would be a 5* if they weren't so short-staffed. I waited over an hour. Comcast pretty much has a monopoly on ISP, why don't they hire more talent?

Some of the works are standing their and cleaning there nails and trying to look like there doing something but they were nice
